Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Al Khobar. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering plans, including infrastructure, utilities, and site development projects, in line with company standards and local regulations. Daily tasks include performing technical calculations, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers and field teams, and ensuring effective planning and execution of project activities. The role also involves overseeing stormwater management solutions, performing site visits and inspections, identifying and resolving technical issues, and preparing reports and documentation to support project delivery. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to safety and quality requirements are essential aspects of the position.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and core Civil Engineering principles.
• Practical experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure or construction projects.
• Ability to manage Planning activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project coordination.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with capacity to work in a diverse environment.
• Professional engineering registration or eligibility for registration is an advantage.
