شركة Kent تعلن عن وظيفة Lead Project Engineer (IK) في الخبر، السعودية. نسعى لقائد مشروع لتولي تسليم مشروع Manifa باستخدام خبرات EPC.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فريق مشروع Manifa IK.
- تنسيق التواصل مع التخصصات الأخرى والموردين الرئيسيين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- قيادة جميع أعضاء فريق المشروع والوظائف لتسليم المشروع بما في ذلك HSE، QA، الهندسة، سلسلة التوريد، العقود من الباطن.
- التشاور مع ضمان الجودة بشأن أي مشكلات جودة، وضمان الامتثال لإجراءات ISO للجودة وخطة جودة المشروع وعمليات تكامل التصميم.
- دعم جميع أعضاء الفريق بما في ذلك فريق الهندسة.
- تقديم الدعم أثناء التصنيع والبناء في الموقع وأنشطة التشغيل.
- مواكبة أحدث التطورات والابتكارات التقنية في إدارة المشاريع (المعرفة بـ AWP ميزة إضافية).
- قيادة الجودة الشاملة للمشروع (الميزانية، الجدول الزمني، الخطط، أداء الأفراد) وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن حالة المشروع.
- التعاون والتواصل مع التخصصات الهندسية الأخرى وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لتقديم المساعدة والدعم الفني عند الحاجة.
- مراجعة المخرجات المقدمة من المقاولين من الباطن بما في ذلك جداول المشروع والميزانيات وإدارة التغيير.
- إجراء اجتماعات منتظمة مع الفرق الداخلية والمقاولين الرئيسيين من الباطن والجهة الداعمة.
- تفويض المهام لأعضاء الفريق وفقًا لمهاراتهم وخبراتهم وقدراتهم الفردية لضمان إنجاز المشروع بكفاءة.
- مراقبة ميزانية المشروع.
- إعداد محاضر الاجتماعات وتقارير التقدم والعروض التقديمية وتقديمها.
- تتبع الأداء وتحليل إنجاز الأهداف الرئيسية.
- توثيق وتقديم تقارير تقدم المشروع لأصحاب المصلحة والعملاء.
- مراقبة الالتزام بمعايير الأداء والمواصفات وقواعد QA/QC واللوائح والعمليات ذات الصلة.
- إنشاء أنظمة لجمع البيانات وقياس مقاييس المشروع.
- تنظيم تقنيات إجراء الاختبارات الميدانية وتقييم جودتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع/الأعمال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مناصب مماثلة.
- خبرة في تسليم مشاريع EPC.
- العمل في بيئات مكتبية وموقعية.
- القدرة على استخدام البرامج المناسبة.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء ومعايير المعدات والقوانين وممارسات البناء ذات الصلة بالصناعة.
- إلمام قوي بمنهجيات إدارة المشاريع والأدوات والتقنيات بما في ذلك التخطيط والجدولة وتخصيص الموارد ومراقبة التكاليف وإدارة العقود إلخ.
- قدرة قوية على تحديد المخاطر وتخفيفها.
- تحمل مسؤولية العمل الذاتي وعمل الفريق.
- الالتزام المهني بمدونات السلوك المهني والاعتراف بالالتزامات تجاه المجتمع والمهنة والبيئة.
- قدرات في التقدير والتنبؤ.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية وشخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على توصيل القضايا التقنية بشكل فعال شفهيًا وكتابيًا للأقران والمدير المباشر.
- قدرة قوية في قيادة إدارة المشاريع.
- القدرة على تحفيز وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق وحل النزاعات واتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة.
- مهارات التواصل والعرض لإبقاء الجمهور مهتمًا.
- الالتزام بالتطوير المهني الذاتي وتطوير الزملاء وضمان العدالة والمساواة في الإدارة والتفويض.
- مهارات القيادة والعمل ضمن فريق.

Role scope
To provide EPC delivery leadership for the IK project team, to drive the delivery of the Manifa project including any engineering support, site surveys, procurement, sub-contract management, construction set-up and full construction execution (EPC delivery)
Details / responsibilities
- Be a team leader, manage, and deliver the Manifa IK project
- Manage Coordination/Communication with other disciplines, key suppliers and sub-contractors
- Lead all project team members and functions to deliver the project - this includes HSE, QA, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sub-Contracts
- Consult Quality Assurance with any quality issues, ensuring compliance with ISO Quality procedures, Project Quality Plan and Design Integrity processes and procedures
- Assist, and support all team members including the project engineering team
Provide support during fabrication, site construction, and commissioning activities
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and technical innovations in Project Management - knoweldge and awarenss of AWP will be advantageous
- Lead overall quality of the project (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Cooperate and communicate with other Engineering disciplines and Project Stakeholders to provide assistance and technical support, as and when required
- Review deliverables submitted by SubContractor inclduing project schedules, budgets, change management
- Conduct regular meetings with internal teams, key sub-contractors and Proponent
- Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience, and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project
- Monitor project budget
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports and presentations; deliver presentations
- Track performance and analyse the completion of key goals
- Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients
- Monitor adherence to performance standards, specifications, QA/QC rules, and related regulations and processes
- Establish systems to collect data and measure the project’s metrics
- Organize techniques for conducting field tests and for assessing their quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Project / Business Management
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Have worked for at least 5 years in similar positions
- Must have EPC delivery experience
- Work in office and Site based environments
- Capable of using the appropriate software
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical attributes
- Able to effectively communicate technical issues to peers and line manager(written and verbal).
- Solid understanding of engineering, procurement and construction principles, equipment standards, codes, and construction practices relevant to the industry.
- Solid familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including skills in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost control, contract management…etc.
- Strong capability in identifying hazards and mitigating risks.
- Ownership of responsibility for work by self and team.
- Strong capability in project management leadership.
- Capability to motivate and guide team members, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to hold presentation and keep audience interested.
- Professional commitment in following appropriate code of professional conduct, recognising obligations to society, the profession and the environment.
- Capabilities in estimating and forecasting.
