نبذة عن الوظيفة

نحن نبحث عن مهندس تطبيقات / مهندس ميداني مبيعات ذو خبرة عالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض. في هذا الدور، ستعمل كخبير تقني في المبيعات وأخصائي تطبيقات لمنتجات Electro Voice و Dynacord، ممزوجاً بين المعرفة التقنية العميقة والبيع الاستشاري لدفع نمو الأعمال في المنطقة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة علاقات العملاء، تقديم الحلول التقنية، ودعم عملية البيع بدءاً من الاستشارة الأولية حتى إنجاز المشروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الدعم الهندسي والتقني لحلول Electro-Voice و Dynacord في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، ودعم الاستشاريين والمتكاملين والموزعين والعملاء خلال دورة حياة المشروع.
  • تصميم ومراجعة أنظمة الصوت الاحترافية بما في ذلك تخطيط مكبرات الصوت، تكوين معالج الإشارات الرقمية (DSP)، المحاكاة الصوتية، والشبكات الصوتية عبر IP (IP Audio Networking)؛ تطوير تصاميم الأنظمة، قوائم المواد (BOMs)، والمقترحات الفنية باستخدام أدوات التصميم الصوتي الاحترافية و AutoCAD.
  • إجراء عروض توضيحية للمنتجات، عروض تقديمية تقنية، تدريب العملاء، وورش عمل لدعم المبيعات والمشاركة مع العملاء.
  • إجراء ضبط الأنظمة، القياس، التحسين، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للتحديات المعقدة في الصوت، الشبكات، الأجهزة، وتكامل البرامج باستخدام أدوات صناعية معيارية مثل SMAART و SysTune.
  • دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال من خلال الخبرة التقنية، تغذية السوق، والمشاركة في الفعاليات الصناعية وأنشطة العملاء في المنطقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو هندسة الصوت أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الصوت الاحترافي، تصميم أنظمة الصوت والفيديو (AV)، هندسة التطبيقات، أو الدعم الفني.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة مكبرات الصوت الاحترافية، المضخمات، معالج الإشارات الرقمية (DSP)، معالجة الصوت الرقمية، وحلول الصوت المثبتة (installed sound solutions).
  • يفضل خبرة مع منتجات Electro-Voice و Dynacord.
  • معرفة بتقنيات الشبكات الصوتية عبر IP بما في ذلك Dante و AES67.
  • خبرة في أدوات المحاكاة والتصميم الصوتي مثل EASE، EASE Address، EASE Focus، EASE Evac، SONICUE أو ما يعادلها.
  • إتقان استخدام AutoCAD للرسومات النظامية والتوثيق الفني.
  • خبرة عملية في برامج القياس وضبط الصوت مثل SMAART و SysTune.
  • معرفة بتقنيات الشبكات بما في ذلك TCP/IP، VLANs، QoS، والشبكات المتعددة البث (multicast networking).
  • شهادة CCNA/CCNP أو معرفة شبكات مماثلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Senior Applications Engineer/Field Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will serve as a technical sales expert and applications specialist for Electro Voice and Dynacord products, combining deep technical knowledge with consultative selling to drive business growth across the region. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, delivering technical solutions, and supporting the sales process from initial consultation through project completion.

  • Provide application engineering and technical support for Electro-Voice and Dynacord solutions across MEA, supporting consultants, integrators, distributors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and review professional audio systems, including loudspeaker layouts, DSP configuration, acoustic simulation, and IP audio networking; develop system designs, BOMs, and technical proposals using professional audio design tools and AutoCAD.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, customer training, and workshops to support sales and customer engagement.
  • Perform system tuning, measurement, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex audio, networking, hardware, and software integration challenges using industry-standard tools such as SMAART and SysTune.
  • Support business development activities through technical expertise, market feedback, and participation in industry events and customer activities across the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Audio Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional audio, AV system design, application engineering, or technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of professional loudspeaker systems, amplifiers, DSP, digital audio processing, and installed sound solutions.
  • Experience with Electro-Voice and Dynacord products is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IP audio networking technologies including Dante and AES67.
  • Experience with acoustic simulation and design tools such as EASE, EASE Address, EASE Focus, EASE Evac, SONICUE, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for system drawings and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with audio measurement and tuning software such as SMAART and SysTune.
  • Knowledge of network technologies including TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, and multicast networking.
  • CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent networking knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience commissioning large-scale installed and live sound systems.
  • Demonstrated project management and system integration capabilities for complex audio installations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with consultants, integrators, and distributors in the professional audio industry.
  • Familiarity with Middle East and Africa market dynamics and regional business practices is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East and Africa region.
