وظيفة مشرف محطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصناعي (ETP) شاغرة لدى شركة الورق العربية (ورق) في الدمام

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily ETP operations and ensure the treatment process is operating safely and efficiently.

Monitor key process parameters including pH, flow, chemical dosing, dissolved oxygen, sludge levels, and treated water quality.

Lead and coordinate ETP Operators and ensure effective shift coverage and task allocation.

Monitor pumps, blowers, agitators, clarifiers, filters, dosing systems, and other ETP equipment.

Ensure compliance with environmental discharge requirements and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Coordinate with Laboratory and Quality teams for wastewater sampling, testing, and analysis.

Identify process abnormalities and take immediate corrective action to maintain treatment efficiency.

Coordinate with Maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of ETP equipment.

Prepare and review daily operational reports, logbooks, chemical consumption, and plant performance records.

Monitor chemical consumption and ensure proper handling, storage, and utilisation of treatment chemicals.

Plan and follow up on preventive maintenance activities and shutdown requirements for ETP equipment.

Investigate operational problems and recurring failures and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure proper housekeeping, sludge handling, waste management, and cleanliness within the ETP area.

Train, guide, and monitor ETP operators to ensure compliance with operating procedures and safety requirements.

Support environmental audits, inspections, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Water Treatment, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in ETP, wastewater treatment, or industrial water treatment operations, preferably within a manufacturing or paper mill environment.
