تعلن Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) بالنيابة عن مقاول متعدد التخصصات (EPC) يعمل في قطاعي المياه والبنية التحتية في السعودية عن توفر وظيفة مدير تصميم (Design Manager) في مدينة الخرج، السعودية. هذه الوظيفة دائمة في المقر الرئيسي وتدعم مجموعة المشاريع، وتشمل الإشراف على التصميم في المشاريع القائمة والعطاءات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة فريق التصميم متعدد التخصصات يومياً وتوزيع المهام بين أعضاء الفريق.
  • إدارة عملية التصميم عبر مشاريع الشركة وجميع استشاريي التصميم، والتنسيق مع جميع الأطراف المعنية بالمشروع.
  • تطوير وإدارة نطاق الخدمات لفريق التصميم الداخلي والاستشاريين المعنيين.
  • مراقبة وإدارة جدول التصميم.
  • مراجعة مخرجات الاستشاريين للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع ومعايير العميل.
  • رئاسة اجتماعات التصميم والمشاريع الرئيسية والإشراف على أنشطة الاستشاريين.
  • قيادة إدارة تغيير التصميم، وتقديم المشورة بشأن طرق التنفيذ، وإجراء مراجعات قابلية التنفيذ.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطة إدارة التصميم ومصفوفة مسؤوليات التصميم.
  • المساعدة في تطوير خطة جودة المشروع ومخطط الموافقة النظامية، وإعداد الوثائق الفنية لحزم مناقصات البناء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 18-20+ سنة في مشاريع EPC كبيرة الحجم في دور مدير تصميم.
  • خبرة مثبتة في التصميم ضمن قطاع المياه (EPC).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، ويفضل درجة الماجستير.
  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فريق تصميم متعدد التخصصات والإشراف على المشاريع الجارية ومرحلة العطاءات.
  • متحدث أصلي باللغة العربية، وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (مستوى أصلي).

Design Manager - Water & Infrastructure EPC (Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia)

Contract: Annual, renewable

About The Role

A multidisciplinary EPC contractor with an active portfolio across the water and infrastructure sectors in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead its central design function. This is a permanent, head-office role supporting the wider project portfolio rather than a single site assignment, with involvement in both live projects and bid work.

Key Responsibilities

Manages a multidisciplinary design team day to day, allocating work across the team. Manages the design process across the company's projects and all design consultants, coordinating with every project-involved party. Develops and manages scope of services for the internal design team and involved consultants. Monitors and manages the design schedule. Reviews consultant deliverables for compliance with the project brief and client standards. Chairs key design and project meetings and oversees consultants' activities. Leads design change control, advises on methods of execution, and runs constructability reviews. Develops and implements the design management plan and the design responsibility matrix. Assists in developing the project quality plan and statutory approval flow chart, and in preparing technical documentation for construction tender packages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18-20+ years' experience on large-scale EPC projects in a design manager role
  • Proven water-sector EPC design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary design team, with capability overseeing both ongoing and tender-stage projects
  • Native Arabic speaker, English fluent to native
