تقدّم شركة Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) فرصة عمل لمستشار دعم أعمال الولاء (Loyalty Business Support Consultant) في الرياض، السعودية، بدوام كامل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد التقارير ولوحات البيانات وبطاقات أداء مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للإدارة.
  • دعم مراجعة وتحسين إعدادات المحاسبة.
  • مراجعة المصروفات والإيرادات الحالية وتحديد فرص التحسين.
  • ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات التنظيمية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • دعم مراجعة إعدادات ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) وتحسينها.
  • ضمان التكوين والصيانة الدقيقة للبرنامج.
  • تنسيق إطلاق حملات الولاء والعروض الترويجية والعروض الخاصة بالعملاء.
  • تحديد الاتجاهات والفرص ومجالات تحسين البرنامج.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة ببرامج الولاء والمكافآت.
  • معرفة بمحاسبة برامج الولاء والمكافآت ومعالجة ضريبة القيمة المضافة (يفضّل الإلمام بمعالجة نقاط مكافآت SAMA).
  • مهارات التحليل وحل المشكلات.
  • إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والموردين.
  • تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel وPowerPoint.
  • خبرة في منصات CRM والولاء.
  • مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية.

Job Description:

JD & Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for management
  • Support to review and enhance accounting configurations
  • Review the existing expenses and income and identify opportunity for improvements
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support to review the VAT configuration and enhance the VAT set up
  • Ensure accurate program configuration and maintenance
  • Coordinate the launch of loyalty campaigns, promotions, and customer offers.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for program optimization

Required Skills

  • Loyalty and rewards program knowledge.
  • Loyalty and rewards accounting & VAT treatment (SAMA reward points VAT knowledge is preferrable)
  • Business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • CRM and loyalty platform experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
