تعلن شركة Mammoet عن توفر وظيفة مشغل رافعة (Crane Operator) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل رافعات الزاحف (Crawler Cranes) بسعة 250 طن فأكثر ورافعات ATF المتنقلة (ATF Mobile Cranes) بسعة 100 طن فأكثر لرفع ونقل المواد الثقيلة.
- إجراء فحوصات يومية للمعدات واستكمال قوائم الفحص قبل التشغيل.
- تفسير مخططات الحمولة (load charts) وإجراء حسابات توزيع الحمولة (load sharing) لضمان عمليات رفع آمنة.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة في الموقع والتعليمات التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق والمشرفين لتنفيذ خطط الرفع بأمان وكفاءة.
- مراقبة أداء المعدات والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات أو متطلبات صيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تشغيل الرافعات.
- خبرة مثبتة في تشغيل رافعات الزاحف (Crawler Cranes) بسعة 250 طن فأكثر ورافعات ATF المتنقلة (ATF Mobile Cranes) بسعة 100 طن فأكثر.
- يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة مع الرافعات التالية: Sany المتنقلة (160T, 250T, 500T) ورافعات Sany الزاحفة (400T, 250T).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم جيد لمخططات الحمولة (load charts) وتوزيع الحمولة وعمليات الرفع.
- القدرة على إجراء وتوثيق قوائم الفحص والتفتيش.
- مهارات أساسية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- التزام قوي بالسلامة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة إنشائية أو صناعية متطلبة.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate Crawler Cranes (250 Ton and above) and ATF Mobile Cranes (100 Ton and above) for lifting and moving heavy materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and complete pre-operational checklists
- Interpret load charts and carry out load sharing calculations to ensure safe lifting operations
- Follow all site safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to execute lifting plans safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or maintenance requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in crane operation
- Preferable to have experience with the following cranes:
- 160T - mobile Sany
- 250T - mobile Sany
- 500T - mobile Sany
- 400T - crawler Sany
- 250T - crawler Sany
- Proven experience with Crawler Cranes (250 Ton and above) and ATF Mobile Cranes (100 Ton and above)
- Good understanding of load charts/load sharing and lifting operations
- Ability to perform and document checklists and inspections
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detailAbility to work in demanding construction or industrial environment.
