Are you a highly organized production planning professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

Rely Industries LLC is expanding, and we're looking for a Production Planning Officer to play a key role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing production across our fit-out, furniture, joinery, signage, and exhibition manufacturing operations.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on project priorities and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor production capacity, machine loading, and manpower utilization.
• Ensure the timely availability of materials before production begins.
• Track work orders through each production stage and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Prepare daily and weekly production plans and progress reports.
• Monitor KPIs including schedule adherence, productivity, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and production efficiency.
• Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce lead times.
• Support ERP/MRP updates and maintain accurate production planning records.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in production planning within:
• Fit-Out Contracting
• Joinery Manufacturing
• Exhibition Booth Manufacturing
• Signage Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production workflows, capacity planning, and material planning.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Valued Requirements:

• Experience planning custom manufacturing projects rather than mass production.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, steel fabrication, acrylic, painting, upholstery, CNC, and assembly processes.
• Ability to identify production constraints before they impact delivery.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and on-time project completion.
