المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الهندسي الميداني لعمليات التشغيل والصيانة لفهم أداء المعدات، واستكشاف المشكلات وإصلاحها في الوقت المناسب، وتقييم قدرات الأنظمة.
- المشاركة الفعالة في تعزيز ثقافة السلامة من خلال معالجة الظروف والسلوكيات غير الآمنة، وتقديم اقتراحات للتحسين.
- تنفيذ المشاريع الرأسمالية بما في ذلك ترقيات أنظمة المصنع ومعدات العمليات وأولويات التحول القابلة للتطوير.
- إعداد المتطلبات والتقديرات الميكانيكية للمشاريع وترقيات المعدات.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان نجاح المشاريع.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة سلامة المعدات وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- قدرة قوية على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهوائية والهيدروليكية.
- معرفة ميكانيكية جيدة وخبرة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للمعدات الصناعية والمرافق، بما في ذلك الناقلات وضواغط الهواء ومحاذاة المراوح والخلاطات وأنظمة التبريد وأبراج التبريد ومحطات التناضح العكسي وإزالة الأيونات والمولدات.
- خبرة في العمل في مصانع الأتمتة المستمرة.
- خبرة في قيادة ودعم المشاريع الهندسية.
- خبرة مع أنظمة الموائع، بما في ذلك أنظمة الهواء ومياه التبريد والمياه النقية.
المهارات المطلوبة

What You Will Do
- Provide on-the-floor Engineering support to operations & maintenance to understand equipment performance, troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, and evaluate system capabilities.
- Actively participate in driving a safety culture where employees address unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviours and participate and make suggestions for improvements.
- Execute capital projects including upgrades to plant systems, process equipment, and scalable transformation priorities
- Generate mechanical requirements and estimates for projects and equipment upgrades
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment such as conveying systems, automated stacking equipment, batching operations and combustion furnace operations
- Read, modify and create technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated models
- Provide training and technical support to Maintenance and Production Departments
- Investigate equipment failures and make recommendations for solutions to manufacturing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of equipment safety systems and safe working practices.
- Strong ability to read and interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematic diagrams.
- Good mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting experience with industrial and facility equipment, including conveyors, air compressors, fan alignment, mixers, chiller systems, cooling towers, R/O and DI plants, and generators.
- Experience working in continuous process automation plants.
- Experience in leading and supporting engineering projects.
- Experience with fluid systems, including air, cooling water, and pure water systems.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience with AutoCAD, and/or other CAD packages
- Experience with practical mechanical design, fabrication, and manufacturing support
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance
- Experience with NFPA code and piping
