تعلن شركة Weatherford عن توفر وظيفة منسق لوجستي (Logistics Coordinator) لمنتجات الأسمنت في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. يدعم هذا الدور عمليات اللوجستيات اليومية عبر تنسيق الشحنات ومتابعة أوامر الشراء وإدارة جداول التسليم وإعداد الفواتير والحفاظ على وثائق اللوجستيات. يشغل المنصب نقطة اتصال رئيسية بين العملاء والموردين وشركات النقل والإدارات الداخلية لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد والكفاءة التشغيلية ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق عمليات اللوجستيات اليومية، بما في ذلك جدولة الشحنات وتتبع التسليم ومتابعة أوامر الشراء وإعداد الفواتير وإدارة وثائق اللوجستيات.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء والموردين وشركات النقل وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين، وضمان التواصل في الوقت المناسب بشأن حالة الطلبات والتسليم.
- إعداد وحفظ سجلات دقيقة للشحن والاستلام والنقل والفواتير باستخدام أنظمة SAP وOracle وبوابات العملاء وMicrosoft Excel.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق العمليات والمستودعات والمالية والمبيعات لضمان التنسيق الفعال للمواد والمعدات ومتطلبات العملاء.
- مراقبة أداء اللوجستيات وحل مشكلات التسليم وتقديم تحديثات حول التأخير أو النقص أو التلف أو غيرها من التحديات المتعلقة بالنقل.
- دعم الرقابة على المخزون وتتبع الأصول وإعداد التقارير ومبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية ورضا العملاء.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والمتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها، مع تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة وأخلاقية.
- المساهمة في عمليات لوجستية فعالة من حيث التكلفة من خلال دعم الوعي بالميزانية والتوثيق الدقيق وتحسين الموارد وتحسين العمليات.
- إظهار المساءلة والعمل الجماعي والتوجه نحو العملاء والالتزام بالتميز التشغيلي في جميع المهام المسندة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. الشهادات ذات الصلة في اللوجستيات أو سلسلة التوريد مفضلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في اللوجستيات أو النقل أو التخزين أو عمليات سلسلة التوريد، ويفضل في بيئات خدمات حقول النفط أو الصناعة أو التصنيع.
- خبرة في تنسيق الشحنات وتخطيط النقل وإدارة المخزون ووثائق اللوجستيات.
- معرفة بعمليات اللوجستيات والتوزيع وسلسلة التوريد.
- إتقان استخدام أنظمة SAP وOracle وMicrosoft Excel (بما في ذلك الجداول المحورية Pivot Tables) وبوابات العملاء.
- مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل والتحليل وحل المشكلات والتنظيم.

- Monitor logistics performance, resolve delivery issues, and provide updates on delays, shortages, damages, or other transportation-related challenges.
- Support inventory control, asset tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements while promoting a safe and ethical work environment.
- Contribute to cost-effective logistics operations by supporting budget awareness, accurate documentation, resource optimization, and process improvements.
- Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, customer focus, and a commitment to operational excellence in all assigned responsibilities.
Technical Skills
- SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and reporting.

- Experience coordinating shipments, transportation planning, inventory management, and logistics documentation.
- Knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables), and customer portals.
- Strong customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively across functions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
