We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
- Perform maintenance, repairs, major overhauls, and servicing of machines, engines, turbochargers, and related systems in line with approved work cards and procedures.
- Prepare SOPs and ensure high-quality service delivery; plan timelines, monitor project progress, quality, and lead times.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, including LMRA execution and proper use of PPE.
- Plan and prepare service activities, including manpower, tools, spare parts, materials, and work schedules.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and reports to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Supervise, coach, and technically support service technicians, engineers, and external personnel during on-site activities.
- Support customers with technical expertise, commissioning activities, preventive maintenance advice, and coordination of assembly/disassembly work.
- Diagnose equipment issues, handle warranty cases, and recommend corrective and preventive actions in coordination with HQ.
- Prepare daily and final service reports, analyze maintenance data, and propose technical improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, travel to job sites as required, and support smooth service execution.
Essential
You can help us with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy equipment, marine industry, or power plants.
- Strong understanding of business at both technical and commercial levels.
- Knowledge of work preparation, project management, and leadership.
- Familiarity with HSE, environmental, quality, and safety requirements.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
- Ability to prepare technical reports using Microsoft Office.
Desirable
- Knowledge of engine systems, accessories, and auxiliaries (e.g. separators, coolers, filters).
- Experience with third-party SLAs.
- Management training.
- Familiarity with process measuring technology.
