Carry out worldwide diesel engine maintenance assignments across various sites, coordinating with the team lead and technicians to provide experienced‑level technical support. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls, and inspections on diesel engines, generators, and associated auxiliary systems in workshops and field locations, both onshore and offshore. Activities include servicing high‑speed diesel generators and marine engines in accordance with approved work cards, procedures, and technical documentation.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
- Perform maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and servicing of high-speed diesel generators, marine engines, and turbochargers.
- Conduct LMRA before starting work, correctly use PPE, and comply with all HSE policies and Everllence standards.
- Prepare for major service assignments, including checking spare parts, special tools, materials availability, and service scheduling.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and reports to ensure correct execution of work.
- Plan and coordinate on-site work processes, manpower, and assembly procedures; coach and support service technicians and engineers.
- Support customers by providing technical expertise, coordinating assembly/disassembly activities, and advising on preventive maintenance.
- Perform commissioning, performance testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of equipment failures; recommend corrective actions.
- Create accurate service reports, use standard and specialized software, analyze maintenance data, and propose improvements.
- Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses in accordance with company procedures.
Essential
You can help us with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy equipment, marine industry, or power plants.
- Experience in Health & Safety, Quality, and Service job management.
- Product knowledge in one or more of the following:
- MAN high-speed engines (including 175D), Caterpillar, Perkins, MTU, Deutz, Cummins, YANMAR.
- Strong understanding of technical and commercial business aspects.
- Knowledge of work preparation, basic project management, and leadership.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Ability to prepare technical reports using Microsoft Office.
Desirable
- Knowledge of engine auxiliaries (separators, coolers, filters, etc.).
- Application engineering experience.
- Team management experience.
- Familiarity with process measuring technology.
