تعلن أمازون (عبر شركة نقطة التكنولوجيا) عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمسمى AI Data Associate - Arabic في عمان، الأردن، ضمن فريق AGI DS للعمل على دعم تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي ونماذج اللغة الكبيرة (LLMs).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الالتزام بالسرية التامة لحماية خصوصية العملاء باعتبارها أولوية قصوى.
- العمل مع أنواع مختلفة من البيانات بما في ذلك النصوص والكلام والصوت والصور والفيديو.
- تقديم بيانات مُصنَّفة عالية الجودة باستخدام الأدوات الداخلية والبرامج المخصصة وفقاً للإرشادات المقدمة لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
- إظهار كفاءة في توليد بيانات رؤية بشرية عالية الجودة عبر نطاق واسع من الوسائط (نصوص، صور، فيديو، صوت).
- اتخاذ أحكام سليمة وقرارات منطقية عند التعامل مع معلومات غامضة أو غير مكتملة أثناء أداء المهام.

- المسؤولية عن تحديد المشكلات التشغيلية والعملياتية اليومية في إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOP) والأدوات، واقتراح تغييرات لإزالة العوائق.
- إظهار المسؤولية في دعم الطوابق لتوضيح الاستفسارات الداخلية أثناء التنفيذ حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء تقييمات للحوار على بيانات الكلام والنصوص والصوت والفيديو كمهام تصنيف أساسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الزمالة (Associate's degree) أو ما يعادلها فما فوق.
- معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- طلاقة في اللغة العربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- مهارات قوية في الكتابة التجارية مع القدرة على إنشاء التقارير والمقترحات والمراسلات المهنية.
- فهم قرائي متقدم مع القدرة على تحليل المستندات التجارية المعقدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

Basic Qualifications
- Associate's degree or above
- Good knowledge in both spoken and written English
- Language fluency in written and spoken Arabic
- Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence
- Advanced reading comprehension with ability to analyze complex business documents
- Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects
- Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources
