We’re Hiring: Team Leader (Engineering - Drinkable) at NADEC!

Location: Haradh, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia

 

 

NADEC is looking for an experienced Team Leader (Engineering - Drinkable) to lead maintenance operations and drive reliability across our beverage manufacturing facilities.

This role is ideal for a maintenance leader with a strong background in filling and packaging equipment, automation systems, and team leadership within FMCG, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environments.

 

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure high equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute major overhauls and preventive maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across filling, packaging, and utility systems.
• Manage maintenance resources, spare parts, and inventory to support operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to maximize line efficiency and plant performance.

 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance within FMCG, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams and managing maintenance strategies.
• Strong background in filling and packaging operations.
• Experience working with automated manufacturing systems and industrial controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
