شركة Cognizant تعلن عن وظيفة Test Lead في الرياض. تتطلب خبرة من 13 إلى 17 سنة في ضمان الجودة وإدارة الاختبار على مستوى المؤسسات، مع التركيز على تخطيط وتنفيذ وإدارة اختبارات شاملة لخدمات الويب وتطبيقات الأعمال المعقدة باستخدام ممارسات agile، والعمل على مشاريع تحول رقمي ضخمة في قطاع الاتصالات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- وضع استراتيجية اختبار شاملة وتخطيطها للأنظمة التطبيقية المعقدة، مع مواءمة نطاق الاختبار والجداول الزمنية وأهداف الجودة مع توقعات أصحاب المصلحة وخطط التسليم الرشيقة
- الإشراف على أنشطة الاختبار الوظيفي والتكاملي والمنظومي والانحداري لخدمات الويب وتطبيقات الأعمال لضمان سلوك موثوق وتجربة مستخدم متسقة عبر البيئات
- تنسيق عمليات الاختبار الرشيقة باستخدام التخطيط التكراري وتحسين الأعمال المتراكمة وحلقات التغذية الراجعة المستمرة لتحسين تغطية الاختبار وتسريع اكتشاف الأخطاء
- إدارة تصميم وتنفيذ الاختبارات في أداة Zephyr من خلال تنظيم حالات الاختبار والمجموعات والدورات بحيث يتم الحفاظ على إمكانية التتبع للمتطلبات وقصص المستخدمين والأخطاء مع سهولة المراجعة
- استخدام Jira لتتبع الأخطاء وقصص المستخدمين وتقدم الاختبار، مع ضمان شفافية سير العمل المتعلق بالاختبار وإبلاغ تحديثات الحالة بوضوح لفِرق المنتج والهندسة
- تطبيق ممارسات التحكم في الإصدارات القائمة على Git ضمن بيئة الاختبار من خلال التعاون مع فِرق التطوير بشأن استخدام الفروع، وتعزيز إدارة أصول الاختبار الموثوقة وقابلية إعادة نتائج الاختبار
- إجراء اختبار خدمات الويب وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات باستخدام أدوات مثل Postman وSoapUI، مع التحقق من هياكل الطلب والاستجابة ومعالجة الأخطاء وجوانب الأداء لواجهات REST API
- إجراء التحقق التفصيلي للبيانات باستخدام SQL للتأكد من سلامة البيانات ودقة التحويل والتوافق بين السلوك الأمامي ومخازن البيانات الخلفية عبر جميع سيناريوهات الاختبار ذات الصلة
- توفير تغطية اختبار قائمة على المخاطر من خلال ترتيب أولويات سيناريوهات الاختبار حول وظائف الأعمال الحرجة مثل سير عمل الأداء، وتسليط الضوء على التأثيرات المحتملة على العملاء والتشغيل الناتجة عن الأخطاء
- التعاون الوثيق مع مالكي المنتجات ومحللي الأعمال والمطورين لتحسين معايير القبول وتوضيح المتطلبات وضمان أن نتائج الاختبار تدعم تحقيق قيمة الأعمال بشكل مباشر
- توثيق تقارير اختبار واضحة وموجزة تتضمن اتجاهات الأخطاء وملاحظات الأسباب الجذرية وتقييمات جاهزية الإصدار التي تدعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة من قبل الإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع
- توجيه أعضاء الفريق في ممارسات الاختبار الحديثة والاحتفالات الرشيقة والاستخدام الفعال للأدوات، مع تعزيز ثقافة الجودة والتحسين المستمر والملكية المشتركة للنتائج
- إبلاغ خطط الاختبار والتقدم والمخاطر المتعلقة بالجودة بطلاقة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية لسد توقعات أصحاب المصلحة الإقليميين ودعم التعاون الفعال عبر الدول في بيئة العمل من المكتب
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في قطاع الاتصالات (إلزامي)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 13 عامًا كمدير اختبار أو مدير ضمان جودة
- إجادة استخدام Zephyr وJira

- Coordinate agile test processes using iterative planning, backlog refinement, and continuous feedback loops to optimize test coverage and accelerate defect detection
- Manage test design and execution in Zephyr by organizing test cases, suites, and cycles so that traceability to requirements, user stories, and defects is maintained and easily auditable
- Utilize Jira to track defects, user stories, and testing progress while ensuring that test related workflows remain transparent and that status updates are communicated clearly to product and engineering teams
- Apply Git based version control practices within the testing ecosystem by collaborating with development teams on branch usage and promoting reliable test asset management and reproducibility of test results
- Conduct web services and API testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI while validating request and response structures, error handling, and performance aspects of Rest API interfaces
- Perform detailed SQL based data validation to confirm data integrity, transformation accuracy, and alignment between front end behavior and back end data stores across all relevant test scenarios
- Provide risk based test coverage by prioritizing test scenarios around critical business functions such as perform rating workflows and by highlighting potential customer and operational impacts of defects
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to refine acceptance criteria, clarify requirements, and ensure that test outcomes directly support business value realization
- Document clear and concise test reports including defect trends, root cause observations, and release readiness assessments that support informed decision making by management and project stakeholders
- Mentor team members in modern testing practices, agile ceremonies, and effective use of tools while promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and shared ownership of outcomes
- Communicate test plans, progress, and quality risks fluently in Arabic and English to bridge regional stakeholder expectations and support effective cross country collaboration in a work from office environment
