THC Consulting FZE is supporting a leading global healthcare organization in recruiting an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join its team in Riyadh.

This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience who combines strong medical knowledge with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills and is interested in the aesthetic medical devices and healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, providing scientific and clinical support, building professional relationships, supporting product education, and contributing to the organization's activities within the Saudi market.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and scientifically appropriate information on relevant medical and aesthetic solutions.
• Support clinical and product education for healthcare professionals and customers.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical discussions, and educational sessions when required.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, clinical practices, and market developments.
• Gather relevant feedback and insights from healthcare professionals and communicate them to internal teams.
• Support medical, educational, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable medical and compliance standards.
• Stay informed about developments in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, medical devices, and relevant clinical practices.

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Medical Representative, Clinical Specialist, or a similar healthcare-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, or a related healthcare field is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical and clinical concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial awareness combined with a professional and medically responsible approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
