Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Art & Architectural Projects to lead ambitious projects connecting contemporary art, architecture and exceptional spaces.

The successful candidate will work with architects, developers, hospitality groups, artists and private clients to integrate art into significant architectural and real-estate projects across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and international markets.

This is a senior leadership role combining artistic vision, project development and client relationship management.

• Develop art strategies for major architectural and property projects.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and design studios.
• Identify opportunities for site-specific artworks and artist commissions.
• Lead projects for hotels, resorts, residences, offices and cultural destinations.
• Coordinate artists, architects, designers, engineers and specialist suppliers.
• Develop project concepts, presentations and proposals.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and delivery.
• Advise clients on artwork selection and integration.
• Coordinate bespoke commissions with international artists.
• Build relationships with leading architectural and development companies.
• Represent the Gallery at international art, architecture and design events.
• Develop new commercial opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Arts Management or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience delivering significant architectural, cultural or art-related projects.
• Strong understanding of contemporary art and design.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent client-management and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Availability to relocate to Jeddah and travel internationally.
