شركة TestHiring تبحث عن Chief Accountant في الدمام، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد القوائم المالية الشهرية والسنوية وفقاً لمعايير التقارير المالية الدولية (IFRS) والمعايير المحاسبية الدولية (IAS).
  • ضمان دقة واكتمال جميع السجلات المحاسبية وقيود دفتر الأستاذ العام.
  • إعداد جداول المراجعة والتنسيق مع المراجعين الداخليين والخارجيين.
  • تطوير الميزانيات السنوية والتوقعات وإجراء تحليل الانحرافات لدعم التخطيط للأعمال.
  • إعداد تقارير الإدارة والتحليلات المالية للمساعدة في تحسين أداء الأعمال واتخاذ القرارات.
  • مراقبة الربحية والتدفقات النقدية والإيرادات والمصروفات عبر الأعمال.
  • مراجعة تسويات البنوك والتقارير المالية والتقارير الضريبية والمستندات المحاسبية.
  • الإشراف على الموافقات على المدفوعات والحفاظ على ضوابط مالية قوية.
  • التنسيق مع البنوك والموردين والعملاء والجهات التنظيمية في الأمور المالية.
  • دعم المدير المالي للمجموعة في الأنشطة المصرفية والمعاملات المتعلقة بالاستثمارات المحلية والدولية.
  • قيادة وتوجيه وتدريب فريق المحاسبة وتعزيز أفضل الممارسات والتحسين المستمر.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة واللوائح المالية والمتطلبات القانونية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) في المالية، أو إدارة المحاسبة المالية، أو التجارة، أو مؤهل معادل.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في إدارة أو الإشراف على وظائف المالية والمحاسبة.
  • يفضّل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع الخدمات المالية أو الصناعات المشابهة.
  • الشهادات المهنية مثل SOCPA أو CPA أو ACCA أو CMA أو CA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • معرفة قوية بإعداد التقارير المالية والميزنة والمراجعة والضرائب وإدارة التدفقات النقدية والضوابط الداخلية.
  • خبرة عملية في أنظمة ERP وأنظمة SAP المحاسبية.
  • كفاءة متقدمة في Microsoft Excel و Microsoft Word.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية ممتازة وحل المشكلات والقيادة والتواصل.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة أولويات متعددة والأداء بفعالية تحت ضغط المواعيد النهائية.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والنزاهة والالتزام بالدقة المالية والسرية.

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records and General Ledger entries.
  • Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with both internal and external auditors.
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis to support business planning.
  • Prepare management reports and financial analyses to help drive business performance and decision-making.
  • Monitor profitability, cash flow, income, and expenses across the business.
  • Review bank reconciliations, financial reports, tax reports, and accounting documentation.
  • Oversee payment approvals and maintain strong financial controls.
  • Coordinate with banks, suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities on financial matters.
  • Support the Group CFO with banking activities and local and international investment-related transactions.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the accounting team while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.



Requirements

  • MBA in Finance, Financial Accounting Management, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing or supervising finance and accounting functions.
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector or similar industries is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and SAP accounting systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and confidentiality.
