المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير الرؤية والتوجيه للقسم التقني بما يضمن التوافق مع أهداف الشركة العامة.
- توجيه وتطوير فرق الهندسة لتعزيز مهاراتهم وخبراتهم.
- دفع عجلة الابتكار من خلال تشجيع وتطبيق التقنيات والمنهجيات الجديدة.
- الإشراف على تخطيط وتنفيذ وتسليم المشاريع التقنية، مع ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات والمواعيد والميزانية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان تكامل الجوانب التقنية في المشاريع بفعالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة الماجستير في أحد هذه التخصصات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في دور قيادي ضمن الخدمات التقنية أو إدارة الهندسة في مشاريع تطوير أو بناء واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة في تطبيق منهجيات ومبادئ إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة في التعاون بفعالية مع فرق متنوعة وأصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في قيادة الابتكار وتنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر في العمليات التقنية.
- معرفة عميقة بمعايير الهندسة واللوائح ومتطلبات الامتثال الخاصة بالمشاريع الكبيرة.
- خبرة في إدارة المخاطر وحل المشكلات في بيئات معقدة.

- Technical Leadership
- Provide vision and direction for the technical department, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives
- Mentor and develop engineering teams to enhance skills and expertise
- Drive innovation by encouraging and implementing new technologies and methodologies
- Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed to specifications, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical aspects of projects are integrated effectively
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement within technical operations and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize data and metrics to assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align technical requirements with business objectives
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and industry partners to support project success
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering and construction

- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain thorough documentation of technical specifications, project plans, and compliance records
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a leadership role within technical services or engineering management in large-scale development or construction projects
- Experience applying project management methodologies and principles
- Experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience driving innovation and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in technical operations
- In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to large-scale projects
- Experience with risk management and problem-solving in complex environments
- Experience preparing technical documentation and reports
