شركة Valleysoft | Center of Excellence، مزود إقليمي لخدمات تقنية المعلومات، تبحث عن مطور تكامل IIB (IBM Integration Bus) للعمل عن بُعد في الرياض، السعودية. ستساهم في تصميم ودعم حلول تكامل مؤسسية تربط المنصات والتطبيقات ومسارات البيانات في بيئات حيوية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتهيئة وصيانة حلول التكامل المؤسسي باستخدام IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
- تصميم وتطوير مسارات رسائل IIB بناءً على المتطلبات التجارية والفنية
- تطوير تحويلات الرسائل باستخدام ESQL
- تنفيذ عمليات التكامل بين التطبيقات المؤسسية وقواعد البيانات ومنصات الوسيطة والأنظمة الخارجية
- تطوير عمليات التكامل باستخدام IBM MQ وREST وSOAP وHTTP/HTTPS وJMS
- تنفيذ أنماط التكامل المتزامن وغير المتزامن
- إجراء تعيين البيانات وتحويلها بين صيغ الرسائل المختلفة
- تطوير مكونات وخدمات تكامل قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام
- استكشاف مشكلات التكامل وحلّها عبر بيئات التطوير والاختبار والإنتاج
- تحليل أعطال التكامل وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري
- دعم اختبار التكامل والنشر والإصدارات الإنتاجية
- مراقبة مسارات التكامل والتحقيق في مشكلات معالجة الرسائل والاتصال
- التعاون مع مطوري التطبيقات ومهندسي الحلول وفرق ضمان الجودة والبنية التحتية ومحللي الأعمال
- إعداد الوثائق الفنية ومواصفات الواجهات ووثائق النشر وإجراءات الدعم
- المشاركة في مراجعات الكود والنقاشات الفنية
- اتباع معايير التطوير والأمان والتكامل المقررة
- دعم الحوادث الإنتاجية وحل المشكلات ضمن اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة المتفق عليها
- المشاركة في أوقات المناوبة أو الدعم خارج أوقات العمل عند الحاجة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو نظم المعلومات أو هندسة البرمجيات أو الهندسة أو أي مجال تقني ذي صلة
- 6-8 سنوات خبرة إجمالية في مجال الوسيطة أو التكامل المؤسسي أو تطوير تكامل التطبيقات، بما في ذلك دعم الإنتاج واستكشاف الأعطال وتحليل السبب الجذري لحلول التكامل
- خبرة عملية قوية مع IBM Integration Bus (IIB) وتطوير مسارات الرسائل، إلى جانب خبرة قوية في ESQL
- خبرة عملية مع IBM MQ وREST APIs وSOAP web services وJMS والعمل مع XML أو JSON
- خبرة في مجال التكامل المصرفي أو الخدمات المالية، بما في ذلك دمج الأنظمة المصرفية المؤسسية ودعم التكاملات عالية الحجم والحرجة
- فهم قوي واستخدام عملي لأنماط التكامل المؤسسي، مع خبرة في اتباع ممارسات الترميز الآمن ومعايير أمان التكامل
- خبرة في المشاركة في مراجعات الكود والالتزام بمعايير التطوير والعمل مع عمليات النشر والإصدار المنظمة عبر بيئات التطوير والاختبار والإنتاج
- ممارسات اختبار قوية عبر اختبارات الوحدة والتكامل والتكامل الشامل، مع خبرة في العمل في بيئة دعم مدفوعة باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة وعمليات إدارة التغيير الرسمية
- خبرة في التعاون مع مهندسي الحلول أو القادة التقنيين ومطوري التطبيقات وفرق ضمان الجودة والبنية التحتية أو DevOps ومحللي الأعمال وفرق الإنتاج أو النشر في تسليم التكامل ودعمه
- فهم متطلبات الأمان والتوفر والامتثال الخاصة بالقطاع المصرفي
- مستوى جيد إلى جيد جداً في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابة وتحدثاً
- التوفر خلال ساعات العمل في السعودية مع تداخل كافٍ مع الفريق المحلي
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة مع IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) أو IBM API Connect أو IBM DataPower
- خبرة مع Kafka أو تقنيات تدفق الأحداث الأخرى
- خبرة عملية في CI/CD باستخدام Jenkins أو Git أو Maven أو أدوات مماثلة
- خبرة عملية في أنظمة الدفع وبوابات الدفع والأنظمة المصرفية الأساسية وأنظمة البطاقات ومعالجتها ورسائل SWIFT أو الرسائل المالية وعمليات التكامل المصرفي الرقمي أو المصرفية عبر الهاتف المحمول أو عمليات التكامل ذات الطابع التنظيمي أو الامتثالي
- شهادة IBM IIB أو ACE ذات صلة

Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
- Design and develop IIB message flows based on business and technical requirements
- Develop message transformations using ESQL
- Implement integrations between enterprise applications, databases, middleware platforms, and external systems
- Develop integrations using IBM MQ, REST, SOAP, HTTP/HTTPS, and JMS
- Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns
- Perform data mapping and transformation between different message formats
- Develop and maintain reusable integration components and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, testing, and production environments
- Analyze integration failures and perform root-cause analysis
- Support integration testing, deployment, and production releases
- Monitor integration flows and investigate message processing and connectivity issues
- Collaborate with application developers, solution architects, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and business analysts
- Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications, deployment documents, and support procedures
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Follow established development, security, and integration standards
- Support production incidents and resolve issues within agreed SLAs
- Participate in on-call or after-hours support when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 6-8 years of overall experience in middleware, enterprise integration, or application integration development, including production support, incident troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for integration solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB), including message flow development, along with strong experience in ESQL
- Hands-on experience with IBM MQ, REST APIs, SOAP web services, JMS, and working with XML or JSON
- Banking or Financial Services integration experience, including integrating enterprise banking systems and supporting high-volume, mission-critical integrations
- Strong understanding and practical use of Enterprise Integration Patterns, with experience following secure coding and integration security standards
- Experience participating in code reviews, adhering to development standards, and working with structured deployment and release processes across Development, UAT, and Production
- Strong testing practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end integration testing, with experience working in SLA-driven support and formal change-management processes
- Experience collaborating with solution architects or technical leads, application developers, QA teams, infrastructure or DevOps teams, business analysts, and production or release teams on integration delivery and support
- Understanding of banking-specific security, availability, and compliance requirements
- Good to very good written and spoken English and Arabic
- Availability during Saudi Arabia business hours with sufficient overlap with the onshore team
- Experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM API Connect, or IBM DataPower
- Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming technologies
- Hands-on CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Git, Maven, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with payments and payment gateways, core banking systems, cards and card-processing systems, SWIFT or financial messaging, digital banking or mobile banking integrations, or other regulatory or compliance-driven integrations
- A relevant IBM IIB or ACE certification
