المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتهيئة وإدارة واجهات API باستخدام IBM API Connect
  • تصميم وتنفيذ RESTful APIs بناءً على المتطلبات التجارية والفنية
  • إدارة دورة حياة API الكاملة، بما في ذلك التطوير والاختبار والنشر وإدارة الإصدارات والتقاعد
  • تهيئة سياسات بوابة API للمصادقة والتفويض والأمان وتحديد المعدل والتوجيه وإدارة حركة المرور
  • تنفيذ أمان API باستخدام OAuth 2.0 وJWT وTLS/SSL والآليات الأمنية المرتبطة
  • تطوير وصيانة تعريفات API باستخدام OpenAPI وSwagger
  • تهيئة منتجات وخطط وتطبيقات API والاشتراكات ووصول المستهلكين
  • دعم وصيانة بوابة مطوري API وعمليات نشر API
  • دمج API مع التطبيقات الخلفية وقواعد البيانات ومنصات الوسيطة والأنظمة الخارجية
  • العمل مع REST وSOAP وHTTP/HTTPS وJSON وXML
  • استكشاف أخطاء الاتصال والأمان والأداء والتكامل الخاصة بـ API وإصلاحها
  • مراقبة أداء API وحركة المرور والأخطاء والتوفر
  • دعم عمليات نشر API عبر بيئات التطوير واختبار المستخدم والإنتاج
  • المشاركة في اختبار API وحل العيوب والدعم الإنتاجي
  • التعاون مع مهندسي الحلول ومطوري التطبيقات وفرق ضمان الجودة والبنية التحتية والأمان وDevOps
  • إعداد وصيانة مواصفات API والوثائق الفنية ووثائق النشر وإجراءات الدعم
  • المشاركة في مراجعات الكود والتصميم واتباع معايير تطوير API والحوكمة المعتمدة
  • دعم الحوادث الإنتاجية وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بـ API

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو تقنية المعلومات أو نظم المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال تقني ذي صلة
  • 6-8 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في إدارة API وتطوير API والتكامل المؤسسي
  • خبرة عملية قوية مع IBM API Connect (APIC) تشمل تصميم API وتطويره وتهيئته وسياسات الأمان وإدارة دورة الحياة والنشر والمراقبة واستكشاف الأخطاء
  • خبرة في تصميم وتطوير REST APIs ومعرفة قوية بـ OpenAPI / Swagger
  • خبرة في تهيئة سياسات بوابة API بما في ذلك التوجيه والمصادقة والتفويض وتحديد المعدل والتقييد، وتنفيذ أمان API باستخدام OAuth 2.0 وJWT وTLS/SSL

  • إجادة جيدة إلى جيدة جدًا للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا للوثائق الفنية ومواصفات API والمناقشات الفنية واستكشاف الأخطاء والتعاون مع الفرق التقنية
  • إجادة جيدة إلى جيدة جدًا للغة العربية كتابةً وتحدثًا للتواصل والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة والفرق المحلية في السعودية
  • التواجد خلال ساعات العمل الرسمية في السعودية

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة مع IBM DataPower أو IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / IIB أو IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I)

This role is an opportunity to contribute to enterprise API initiatives that connect applications, data, and services across complex environments. As an API Connect Developer, you will play a key part in building reliable, secure, and well-governed integration solutions while partnering with architects, developers, QA, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to support high-quality delivery and ongoing platform performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain APIs using IBM API Connect
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs based on business and technical requirements
  • Manage the full API lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, versioning, and retirement
  • Configure API Gateway policies for authentication, authorization, security, rate limiting, throttling, routing, and traffic management
  • Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS/SSL, and related security mechanisms
  • Develop and maintain API definitions using OpenAPI and Swagger
  • Configure API products, plans, applications, subscriptions, and consumer access
  • Support and maintain the API Developer Portal and API publishing processes
  • Integrate APIs with backend applications, databases, middleware platforms, and external systems
  • Work with REST, SOAP, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and XML
  • Troubleshoot API connectivity, security, performance, and integration issues
  • Monitor API performance, traffic, errors, and availability
  • Support API deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments
  • Participate in API testing, defect resolution, and production support
  • Collaborate with solution architects, application developers, QA, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams
  • Prepare and maintain API specifications, technical documentation, deployment documents, and support procedures
  • Participate in code and design reviews and follow established API development and governance standards
  • Support production incidents and resolve API-related issues

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in API management, API development, and enterprise integration
  • Strong practical experience with IBM API Connect (APIC), including API design, development, configuration, security policies, lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs, with strong knowledge of OpenAPI / Swagger
  • Experience configuring API Gateway policies including routing, authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and throttling, along with implementing API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and TLS/SSL
  • Experience integrating APIs with enterprise applications, databases, and middleware, and working with HTTP/HTTPS, SOAP web services, JSON, and XML for enterprise and legacy system integration
  • Experience with API lifecycle management across Development, UAT, and Production, including versioning, publishing, deployment, retirement, testing, defect resolution, and production deployment support
  • Experience following established API design and security standards, participating in secure API design or review processes, adhering to enterprise development standards, and supporting structured release and change-management processes
  • Good to very good written and spoken English for technical documentation, API specifications, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and collaboration with technical teams
  • Good to very good written and spoken Arabic for communication and coordination with local Saudi stakeholders and teams
  • Availability during Saudi Arabia business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IBM DataPower, IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / IIB, or IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I)
  • Experience with Kafka or event-driven integration
  • Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector
