To drive sustainable portfolio growth by activating, acquiring, and converting eligible micro-business customers into financed clients, while maintaining underwriting discipline, regulatory compliance, and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Activation
- Activate onboarded customers who have not yet applied.
- Re-activate previous borrowers to increase repeat financing.
- Source new eligible micro-businesses through field prospecting and structured data processing.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with monthly targets.
- Application & Deal Execution
- Educate customers on products and eligibility criteria.
- Collect and submit complete and accurate applications.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations to close deals within defined SLAs.
- Maintain strong application-to-disbursement conversion ratios.
- Portfolio Growth
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Contribute to repeat borrower growth.
- Support sustainable portfolio quality through disciplined sourcing.
- Customer Management
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional engagement.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere strictly to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Avoid mis-selling and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Update CRM accurately and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Track KPIs including disbursement volume, applications, conversion rate, and portfolio quality (in coordination with Risk).
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience (must have experience in lending).
- Experience dealing with micro business clients is highly preferred.
- Understanding of lending or financial products is a must.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Basic financial literacy (understanding margins, cash flow basics).
- Ability to explain financing terms clearly.
