Gleeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has an exciting opportunity, supporting an iconic program in Jeddah. We are seeking an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveying professional with a passion for pre contract services, who wants to develop their career in a personable and professional environment. This role is based in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Delivering pre contract cost management services
• Managing commission to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.
• Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships
• Cost Planning - developing and presenting
• Cost Estimating - validating and quantifying
• Producing and presenting reports to Clients.
• Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects

• Who we’re looking for:
  
  

Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills

• MRICS Chartered
• 10+ years post graduate experience in pre contract quantity surveying
• 2+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with a top class cost consultancy
• Experience of building projects and major mixed use developments
• Sound knowledge and practical experience of pre contract cost management.
• Practical knowledge of cost planning, estimating and benchmarking in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent English communication skills - both oral and written
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS or equivalent chartered status
• Fluent English level written and oral skills
