About the Role

We are looking for a well-rounded, creative Graphic Designer who brings together strong visual design skills, social media management, and content writing under one roof. The ideal candidate can shape a cohesive brand identity, produce platform-ready digital content, and speak authentically to a Saudi audience - honouring local culture and values in every piece of work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

-     Design visual assets for all major social media platforms - Instagram, X (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn

-     Produce motion graphics and short-form video content for promotional campaigns

-     Develop campaign visual identities and branded materials for national occasions and seasonal events

-     Create print and digital collateral: brochures, banners, display ads, and out-of-home formats

-     Maintain consistent brand identity guidelines across every channel and touchpoint

2. Social Media Management

-     Build and execute monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with business goals

-     Manage day-to-day operations of X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube accounts

-     Monitor comments and DMs and engage with the community in a timely, on-brand manner

-     Track platform performance metrics, analyse insights, and prepare regular reports

-     Coordinate paid social campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team

-     Stay on top of local trends and cultural moments and leverage them to grow brand reach

3. Content Writing

-     Write creative copy in both Arabic and English tailored to Saudi and Gulf audiences

-     Craft captions, Stories scripts, Reels narratives, and video podcast copy

-     Produce SEO-optimised blog articles and website content

-     Develop scripts and storyboards for video and visual content

-     Write copy for Saudi national occasions - National Day, founding day, and official events

Skills & Requirements

-     Bachelor’s or diploma in marketing, media or related field

-     Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

-     Hands-on experience with modern design tools: Figma and Canva Pro

-     Working knowledge of photography fundamentals and studio/natural lighting

-     Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social)

-     Familiarity with analytics platforms - Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite

-     A strong creative eye and refined visual sensibility attuned to Saudi and Gulf tastes

-     Solid ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines

-     Excellent communication skills and a genuine team-first mindset

-     A habit of actively following the latest trends in digital design and content creation
