تعلن شركة Napco National عن توفر وظيفة مشغل آلة (Machine Operator) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم مفتش الجودة لضمان مطابقة جميع المنتجات لمواصفات البضائع النهائية المعيارية.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة خط الإنتاج أثناء الوردية وعند نهاية الشهر.
  • إكمال تقرير الإنتاج اليومي بدقة وتقديمه إلى قائد فريق الإنتاج.
  • إعداد الآلة بشكل صحيح وإجراء تغييرات المقاسات حسب الحاجة.
  • التعامل مع المواد الخام بشكل مناسب، بما في ذلك الاستلام والإرجاع والنقل من وإلى مستودع المواد الخام.
  • إبلاغ المشغل الرئيسي ومساعد الخط فوراً عن أي أعطال في الآلة.
  • ضمان تخزين جميع منصات البضائع النهائية وحاويات النفايات وعربات النفايات والمواد الخام في الأماكن المخصصة لها.
  • اتباع جميع إرشادات السلامة والبيئة والمشاركة في محادثات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE toolbox talks).
  • المشاركة في جميع المستويات ذات الصلة من نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية (OH&S)، بما في ذلك التطوير والتخطيط والتقييم والتحسين.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين عملية في مجال البثق (extrusion).
  • معرفة تقنية قوية بعمليات البثق والطباعة.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثاً).
  • إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • لياقة بدنية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في بيئات حارة ومتطلبة.
  • قدرة مثبتة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي ظروف صعبة.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Support the Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet standard finished goods specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the production line during the shift and at month-end.
  • Accurately complete the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
  • Set up the machine correctly and perform size changeovers as needed.
  • Handle raw materials appropriately, including receiving, returning, and transferring to/from the Raw Material Warehouse.
  • Promptly notify the Lead Operator and Line Setter of any machine issues.
  • Ensure all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated areas.
  • Follow all safety and environmental guidelines and participate in HSE toolbox talks.
  • Take part in all relevant levels of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system activities, including development, planning, evaluation, and improvement.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the extrusion field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the extrusion and printing processes.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Physical Health: Must be in good physical condition and able to work in hot and demanding environments.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and in challenging conditions.
