نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم قائد TFA، بعد استكمال كفاءات المستوى الثالث، بإدارة أنشطة الموقع بما في ذلك تخطيط وتنظيم ودمج ومراقبة الموارد مثل العمالة والأدوات والمساعدة الفنية حسب الحاجة لإكمال نطاق العمل وفقًا للمتطلبات التعاقدية. سيعمل ضمن معايير محددة لاتخاذ القرارات، وتطبيق المفاهيم على مشكلات عالية التعقيد، وحل المشكلات من خلال إجراءات فورية أو تخطيط قصير المدى في مرافق توليد الطاقة لدى العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنفيذ وتنسيق أنشطة الموقع
- تنفيذ التركيب الميداني للأنظمة والمعدات وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية المستمرة والإصلاح والمعايرة بعد التركيب
- الاستجابة لطلبات الإصلاحات والخدمات الطارئة للمعدات المتعطلة
- تقديم التعليمات والمساعدة الفنية لممثلي العملاء بشأن التركيب والتشغيل والمعايرة والإصلاح والصيانة في مواقع العملاء
- أداء المهام الإدارية مثل كتابة التقارير الفنية، طلب المواد، الحصول على عروض الأسعار، إعداد تقارير حالة العمل، تقارير العملاء، جداول الوقت ومصروفات السفر بشكل كامل وفي الوقت المحدد
- التوقيع على جميع التغييرات
- تعزيز رضا العملاء من خلال الالتزام بالجودة
- الحفاظ على عقلية سلامة قوية لضمان أن العمل المنفذ يعكس المتطلبات الفنية ضمن معايير السلامة لدى GE
- المعرفة اللازمة لاستكشاف الأخطاء وإجراء صيانة روتينية لمجموعة واسعة من معدات الفترات الزمنية المختلفة
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق الآخرين حسب الحاجة لنقل المعرفة الهندسية الميدانية والمنتج
- إعداد تقارير فنية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لسجلات العملاء وكمرجع لأعمال الصيانة المستقبلية
- ضمان شحن جميع قطع الغيار المطلوبة إلى الموقع
- إجراء جولات تفقدية أثناء التركيب لضمان عمل مقاولي العميل بشكل صحيح
- تنفيذ الترقيات بعد البيع التي يجب إجراؤها في الموقع
- القدرة والاستعداد للعمل في أيام العطل وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعمل الإضافي حسب متطلبات المهام الميدانية
- السفر المكثف من وإلى المشاريع والمهام الميدانية المختلفة
- أداء مهام أخرى لدعم رؤية FieldCore وقيمها الأساسية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة تقنية/جامعية أو خبرة مؤهلة، أو شهادة الثانوية العامة / GED مع ما لا يقل عن 4 سنوات من الخبرة في دور خدمات ميدانية
- 7+ سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الخدمات الميدانية أو صيانة معدات توليد الطاقة
- إتمام برامج التدريب المطلوبة للمستوى الثالث بنجاح هو شرط أدنى
- كفاءة فنية قوية في قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية/الميكانيكية وأجهزة المحاذاة الليزرية والرقمية ومعدات التمدد الحراري
- السفر المكثف من وإلى المشاريع والمهام الميدانية المختلفة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوبة)
المهارات المطلوبة
- يمتلك المعرفة والمهارة للإشراف على أنشطة الخدمات الميدانية، وقد يكون لديه خبرة في كفاءة ثانوية
- يظهر مهارات التوجيه وقيادة الفريق
- خبرة وتدريب على معدات Alstom أو Siemens أو غيرها من OEM
- خبرة واسعة في خدمات الهندسة الميدانية

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage, perform, coordinate the management of site activities
- Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation
- Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment
- Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer's sites
- Perform administrative functions such as: writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis
- Signs off on all changes
- Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to
- Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety standards
- Knowledge to troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for wide range of equipment vintage
- Coach, mentor, and train other team members as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product
- Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages
- Ensure all parts needed for the job are shipped to the site
- Perform walk-downs during installation to ensure that the customer’s contractors are working
- Perform aftermarket upgrades that need to be performed at the site
- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
- Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required
- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s
RequiredQualifications&Experience
- Technical/University degree or qualifying experience OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Field Services role
- 7+ years of experience in a field services or power generation equipment maintenance position
- Successful completion of required level III training programs is a minimum requirement
- Strong technical competence in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams dial and laser alignment and thermal growth equipment
- Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required
- English proficiency required
- Experienced Has the knowledge and skill to oversee field service activities and may possess expertise in a secondary competency. Demonstrates mentor and team lead skills
- Experience and training on Alstom, Siemens, or other OEM equipment
- Extensive Field Engineering Services experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong oral and written interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to sell GE products to the customer
