تسعى IHG Hotels & Resorts في الرياض، السعودية، إلى تعيين ممثل/ة حجوزات (Reservation Agent) للانضمام إلى فريقها، مع شغف بتقديم خدمة ضيافة استثنائية وضمان تجربة حجز سلسة منذ أول اتصال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • معالجة طلبات حجز النزلاء عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وقنوات التواصل الأخرى
  • تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن توفر الغرف والأسعار والباقات والخدمات الفندقية
  • معالجة وتحديث وتأكيد الحجوزات مع ضمان دقة جميع بيانات النزلاء
  • تعزيز إيرادات الغرف من خلال الترويج للخدمات الفندقية وترقية الغرف والعروض الخاصة
  • مساعدة النزلاء في تعديل الحجوزات والإلغاء والطلبات الخاصة
  • التنسيق مع مكتب الاستقبال والإدارات الأخرى لضمان تجربة نزلاء سلسة

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • يفضل حصول المرشح على درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل تعليم عالٍ أو ما يعادله
  • خبرة سنة أو أكثر في مجال الحجوزات أو مكتب الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء، ويفضل في بيئة فندقية
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء
  • يفضل الإلمام بأنظمة حجز الفنادق (Hotel Reservation Systems)
  • إجادة اللغة المحلية (اللغة العربية) شرط أساسي
  • يفضل إتقان لغات أخرى

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Reservation Agent with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring every reservation experience is seamless from the very first contact.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Handling guest reservation requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Providing accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services
  • Processing, updating, and confirming reservations while ensuring all guest details are accurate
  • Maximising room revenue by promoting hotel services, room upgrades, and special offers
  • Assisting guests with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent preferred
  • One or more years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems preferred
  • Must speak local language(s)
  • Other languages preferred
