IHG Hotels & Resorts تعلن عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة مدير أمن (Security Manager) للعمل في منتجع InterContinental The Red Sea Resort في منطقة تبوك (املج) بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مدير الأمن مسؤول عن الإشراف على جميع عمليات الأمن في المنتجع وإدارتها، لضمان سلامة وأمن الضيوف والزملاء والزوار والممتلكات والأصول. تتولى هذه الوظيفة ضمان تنفيذ إجراءات الأمن وبروتوكولات الاستجابة للطوارئ وإجراءات منع الخسارة ومعايير IHG باستمرار والحفاظ عليها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة والإشراف على العمليات اليومية لإدارة الأمن.
- ضمان سلامة وأمن جميع الضيوف والزملاء والزوار وممتلكات المنتجع.
- تطوير وتنفيذ ومراجعة سياسات الأمن والإجراءات والمعايير التشغيلية بشكل دوري.
- إجراء تفتيش أمني منتظم وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة ونقاط الضعف الأمنية.
- مراقبة وإدارة أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV)، والتحكم في الدخول، وأنظمة الإنذار، وغيرها من أنظمة الأمن.
- تنسيق إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ بما في ذلك الحرائق والحالات الطبية والإخلاء والحوادث الأخرى.
- التحقيق في الحوادث الأمنية والحوادث العرضية والسرقات والخسائر وغيرها من الحالات المبلغ عنها، مع ضمان توثيق دقيق والمتابعة.
- إعداد والحفاظ على تقارير أمنية مفصلة وتقارير الحوادث وسجلات يومية وسجلات التحقيق.
- التنسيق مع السلطات المحلية وخدمات الطوارئ والجهات الخارجية ذات الصلة عند الحاجة.
- إدارة التحكم في الدخول وضمان التصريح المناسب للزملاء والمقاولين والموردين والزوار.
- الإشراف على أمن مناطق الضيوف والمناطق الخلفية ومرافق الموظفين ومواقف السيارات وغيرها من مباني المنتجع.
- إجراء دوريات منتظمة وضمان التغطية الأمنية المناسبة في جميع أنحاء المنتجع.
- قيادة جلسات إحاطة أمنية وتدريبات وتمارين تأهب للطوارئ.
- ضمان تدريب وإحاطة وتجهيز جميع زملاء الأمن بشكل مناسب لأداء مهامهم.
- مراقبة أداء الزملاء والحضور والمظهر والسلوك والامتثال لمعايير المنتجع.
- دعم التحقيقات المتعلقة بسوء سلوك الزملاء أو فقدان الممتلكات أو انتهاكات إجراءات الأمن.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الموارد البشرية والهندسة والغرف والمشروبات الغذائية والإدارات الأخرى في الأمور المتعلقة بالأمن.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الأمنية الحساسة وسجلات التحقيق.
- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين السعودية واللوائح ومتطلبات الدفاع المدني وسياسات المنتجع.
- دعم تخطيط استمرارية الأعمال وإدارة الأزمات.
- مراجعة المخاطر الأمنية المرتبطة بالضيوف المهمين والفعاليات والمناسبات الخاصة والزيارات رفيعة المستوى.
- ضمان صيانة وتشغيل جميع معدات وأنظمة الأمن.
- تحديد فرص تحسين إجراءات الأمن وتقليل المخاطر وتعزيز سلامة المنتجع بشكل عام.
- أداء أي مهام ومسؤوليات أخرى يكلف بها من قبل الإدارة.
- الإشراف على فريق الأمن وتدريبهم وتطويرهم، وإعداد جداول المناوبات وضمان التغطية الأمنية الكافية في جميع الأوقات، وعقد إحاطات منتظمة وتوصيل التحديثات التشغيلية بفعالية، ومراقبة أداء الفريق وتقديم التغذية الراجعة والإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة والاحترافية والسرية وخدمة التميز.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في إدارة الأمن أو العدالة الجنائية أو إنفاذ القانون أو إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الأمن، مع سنتين على الأقل في منصب إشرافي أو إداري.
- يفضل بشكل كبير خبرة سابقة في بيئة فندق فاخر أو منتجع أو ضيافة أو عقار واسع النطاق.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات الأمن وإدارة المخاطر وإجراءات الطوارئ والتحقيق في الحوادث.
- يفضل معرفة متطلبات الأمن والسلامة والدفاع المدني السعودية.
- خبرة في إدارة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) والتحكم في الدخول وتقنيات الأمن الأخرى.
- مهارات قيادية قوية ومهارات تواصل وتحقيق وحل مشكلات.
- القدرة على البقاء هادئاً واتخاذ قرارات فعالة أثناء حالات الطوارئ.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ ومعرفة العربية مرغوبة جداً.
- مهارات حاسوبية قوية والقدرة على إعداد تقارير ووثائق مهنية.
- المرونة في العمل في نوبات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية وأثناء حالات الطوارئ.
- يجب أن يكون مدير الأمن متاحاً للاستجابة للحوادث الحرجة وحالات الطوارئ الأمنية عند الحاجة.
- يتطلب الدور حركة منتظمة في جميع أنحاء المنتجع وقد يتطلب فترات طويلة من الوقوف أو المشي.

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations across the resort to ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, property, and assets. The role ensures that security procedures, emergency response protocols, loss prevention measures, and IHG standards are consistently implemented and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Security Department.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, colleagues, visitors, and resort assets.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review security policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks, hazards, and security vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and manage CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security systems.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire, medical emergencies, evacuation, and other incidents.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, theft, loss, and other reported cases, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain detailed security reports, incident reports, daily logs, and investigation records.
- Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and relevant external agencies when required.
- Manage access control and ensure appropriate authorization for colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and visitors.
- Oversee the security of guest areas, back-of-house areas, staff facilities, parking areas, and other resort premises.
- Conduct regular patrols and ensure appropriate security coverage across the property.
- Lead security briefings, training sessions, drills, and emergency preparedness exercises.
- Ensure all Security colleagues are properly trained, briefed, and equipped to perform their duties.
- Monitor colleague performance, attendance, grooming, conduct, and compliance with resort standards.
- Support investigations related to colleague misconduct, property loss, or violations of security procedures.
- Work closely with Human Resources, Engineering, Rooms, F&B, and other departments on security-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive security information and investigation records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, civil defense requirements, and resort policies.
- Support business continuity and crisis management planning.
- Review security risks associated with VIP guests, events, special functions, and high-profile visits.
- Ensure all security equipment and systems are maintained and operational.
- Identify opportunities to improve security procedures, reduce risks, and enhance overall resort safety.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Security team members.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate security coverage at all times.
- Conduct regular briefings and communicate operational updates effectively.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and corrective action where required.
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, hospitality, or large-scale property environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, emergency procedures, and incident investigation.
- Knowledge of Saudi security, safety, and Civil Defense requirements is an advantage.
- Experience managing CCTV, access control, and other security technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions during emergency situations.
- Good command of English; Arabic is highly desirable.
