شركة ريكسوس للفنادق (Rixos Hotels) تعلن عن وظيفة آخذ طلبات (Order Taker) للعمل في فندق ريكسوس مرجانة بمدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية، مكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الرد على مكالمات طلبات الغرف (In-Room Dining) بشكل فوري ومهذب.
- تسجيل طلبات الطعام والشراب من النزلاء بدقة والتأكد من رقم الغرفة وتفاصيل الطلب والاحتياجات الخاصة.
- مساعدة النزلاء في اختيار القوائم وتقديم التوصيات عند الحاجة.
- شرح محتويات القوائم والمكونات والخيارات المتاحة.
- إدخال الطلبات بدقة في نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
- إبلاغ فريق المطبخ بأي متطلبات غذائية أو حساسية.
- التنسيق مع فريق المطبخ والخدمة لضمان توصيل الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.
- متابعة الطلبات للتأكد من رضا النزلاء.
- التعامل مع استفسارات النزلاء وطلباتهم وشكاواهم بشكل احترافي.
- الترويج للمشروبات والأطعمة الإضافية عند الإمكان.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للطلبات وتفضيلات النزلاء.
- اتباع معايير الخدمة والنظافة والسلامة في الفندق.
- الحفاظ على أسلوب هاتفي مهني وودود.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في خدمة العملاء في مجال الضيافة أو تقديم الطعام.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) ومعرفة أساسيات الحاسوب.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام وإدارة عدة طلبات في وقت واحد.
- أخلاقيات هاتفية مهنية وسلوك مهذب.
- معرفة بمعايير خدمة الطعام الفاخر ومصطلحات القوائم.
- إجادة لغات متعددة، وخاصة العربية والإنجليزية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة مع الحفاظ على رباطة الجأش.
- الإلمام بالقيود الغذائية وحساسية الطعام.

Job Description
- Answer in-room dining calls promptly and courteously
- Take and accurately record guest food and beverage orders
- Confirm room numbers, order details and special requests
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Explain menu items, ingredients and available options when required
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system
- Communicate dietary requirements and allergies to the kitchen team
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery
- Follow up on orders to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally
- Promote additional food and beverage items where appropriate
- Maintain accurate order records and guest preferences
- Follow hotel service, hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain a professional and friendly telephone manner
- Proven customer service experience in a hospitality or food service environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Professional phone etiquette and courteous demeanour
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and menu terminology
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly Arabic and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and food allergies
