تعلن شركة PepsiCo عن توفر وظيفة مشرف مستودع (Warehouse Supervisor) في مكة المكرمة، السعودية. سيكون المشرف مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على عمليات المستودع وضمان الامتثال للعقود وصيانة المعدات، والتنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة ومراكز التوزيع.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
الإشراف على جميع وظائف المستودع وضمان الامتثال للشروط التعاقدية وصيانة المعدات لتقديم الخدمات للإنتاج والتخطيط والتصدير والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة وسلامة الأغذية، وإدارة المنتجات النهائية، والشحن، ويكون نقطة تنسيق بين جميع الأقسام ومراكز التوزيع. يشغل هذا المنصب تحت إدارة مدير المستودع، ويرأس فريق من أمناء المخازن والمرسلين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة خطة التفريغ اليومية لشحنات البطاطس مع قسم AGRO.
- تعميم تقرير IMPM شهرياً لإدارة التخطيط والمالية بخطة التصفية للمواد بطيئة الحركة.
- إعداد تقرير الأعمار (Ageing) أسبوعياً ومتابعة المواد المرفوضة عبر النظام أو الجودة مع قسمي الجودة والتخطيط.
- متابعة معايرة موازين الجسور وخزانات الزيت بشكل ربع سنوي.
- رفع تقارير الحوادث والاقترابات الخطرة على نظام MYEHS مع خطط العمل الفعالة.
- متابعة تنفيذ النقل الداخلي اليومي.
- إعداد تقرير حالة أوامر الشراء (PO Status) أسبوعياً لضمان تغطية جميع المواد المطلوبة.
- متابعة فواتير الموردين والمدفوعات من البداية إلى النهاية للخدمات المقدمة.
- مراجعة جميع الحركات في SAP عبر تنفيذ سيناريوهات اختبار أسبوعية.
- تقرير المواد غير المتحركة لمواد التغليف شهرياً بالتنسيق مع التخطيط.
- الاعتماد اليومي ومراجعة المستندات الصادرة عن أمين المستودع.
- الامتثال لإجراءات العمل الآمنة (PIT) مع مشغلي الرافعات الشوكية.
- متابعة الصيانة الوقائية للرافعات الشوكية مع قسم الأسطول.
- مراجعة وتسليم الجدول الزمني الشهري للعمالة المتعاقدة إلى الموارد البشرية.
- تنفيذ إجراءات العمل المعيارية (SWP) لجميع سير العمل.
- متابعة جداول التدريب السنوية للسلامة والرافعات الشوكية للموظفين لضمان الامتثال لمصفوفة التدريب وتمكين الوعي بالسلامة.
- ضمان تحديث جميع التقارير اليومية والشهرية بما في ذلك مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI)، تقرير المواد المحتجزة (Quality Hold Report)، وإغلاق نهاية الشهر بشكل دقيق وفي الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الاستخدام الأمثل لمساحة المستودع في جميع الأوقات.
- متابعة أنشطة الورديات وضمان تدفق الوارد والصادر وفق الإجراءات وسياسات الشركة.
- تقديم التوجيه للتعريف بجميع وحدات التخزين الجديدة (SKUs) لموظفي المستودع.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI) يومياً لضمان تحقيق الإنتاجية المستهدفة.
- التأكد من استخدام جميع المعدات بالطريقة الصحيحة عبر الفحص اليومي والتأكد من اتباع قائمة المراجعة، والتنسيق مع فريق الهندسة لأي أعطال.
- إعداد الجدول الأسبوعي وتوزيع المسؤوليات والموارد لتغطية متطلبات الإنتاج والمبيعات.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع متطلبات التدقيق بما في ذلك اختبار فعالية COSO.
- تتبع جميع المواد المحتجزة (Quality HOLD) والتواصل مع فريق الجودة لضمان فعالية العملية من البداية إلى النهاية.
- متابعة الجرد اليومي والشهري، وتتبع السبب الجذري لأي اختلافات.
- الحفاظ على معايير سلامة الأغذية عبر مراجعة المستندات وتحديثها والتنسيق مع الفريق في الاجتماعات اليومية.
- مراجعة تقارير SIT شهرياً والتواصل مع المصانع المعنية.
- إجراء اجتماع ما قبل الوردية لتوزيع المهام اليومية مع التحديثات الضرورية.
- تنفيذ المهام الهامة الصادرة عن الإدارة ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد.
- الامتثال لمعايير AIB للحفاظ على التصنيف الممتاز عبر متابعة التنظيف اليومي للمستودع ومراجعة التوثيق.
- المشاركة في جميع المشاريع المخصصة لتطوير المستودع وجعله مكاناً آمناً وصحياً.
- تنفيذ ومتابعة جميع عمليات إتلاف المواد للتخلص منها.
- متابعة جميع المهام المعلقة للتفريغ يومياً.
- متابعة صيانة المعدات مع فريق الهندسة وجداول الصيانة السنوية لجميع المعدات.
- متابعة الجدول الزمني لمحاكاة الاستدعاء (Mock Recall) من الاستلام حتى الإصدار للإنتاج لضمان فعالية المحاكاة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال سلسلة التوريد مع خبرة في وظائف متعددة التخصصات، ويفضّل أن تكون في مجال المستودعات.
- خبرة إضافية في مؤسسة تعتمد على تصنيع الأغذية تعتبر ميزة.
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة أو المالية أو الدراسات الفنية أو ما يعادلها.
- مؤهل في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة المستودعات.

- شخصية قيادية ذاتية التحفيز مع القدرة على تحديد وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مهارات اتصال وتفاوض عالية الفعالية.

Principal Accountabilities
- Follow up with AGRO for day to day plan for offloading potato consignments
- Monthly circulate IMPM report to planning and finance for liquidation plan for the show moving
- Weekly prepare Ageing report and follow for online rejection and quality rejected materials with
- Follow quarterly for the calibration of the weigh bridges and oil tanks.
- Uploading Incident & Near miss report on MYEHS with effective action plans for any incident or
- Follow up for daily internal transfer execution.
- Weekly preform PO Status report to ensure all the required utilities covered.
- Follow for the supplier invoices and payments end to end for Service provided by suppliers.
- Reviewing all movements in SAP by preforming weekly test script.
- Monthly Non-moving for packaging materials report align with planning.
- Daily bases acknowledge and review the documents proceeded by the storekeeper.
- Compliance PIT procedure with the FLT operators.
- Follow with fleet for the pre maintenance of the FLT.
- Monthly time sheet for the contract labours review and submit to HR.
- SWP implementation for all work flow.
- Follow for the safety & forklift yearly trainings schedule for the crew to comply with the training
- Ensuring all the daily and monthly reports including KPI, Weekly Quality Hold report, Month End
- Ensuring optimum space utilization of the warehouse at all times.
- Follow-up shift activities and ensure all in bound and out bound flow is according to the procedure
- Giving orientation for all new SKUs to warehouse crew.
- Tracking on daily bases KPI to ensure productivity is on target.
- Making sure of all equipment used in proper way by doing inspection and making sure check list has
- Preparing the Weekly plan and assign responsibilities/resources to cover production and sales
- Ensuring to Comply with all audit requirements including COSO test effectiveness.
- Tracking all Quality HOLD materials and communicating with Quality team for the process end to
- Daily and monthly inventory followed and if any variance found tracking the route cause.
- Maintaining all Food Safety standards by reviewing documents and refreshing and aligning with team
- SIT review on Monthly basis and communicate to the concern Plants.
- Preform pre shift meeting to allocate daily task with necessary updates.
- Execute important tasks delivered by management with in the time frame.
- Comply with AIB standards in order to sustain superior rating by following warehouse daily cleaning
- Involving in all allocated projects for the development of warehouse to make the warehouse a safe
- Execute and follow for the entire write offs for the disposal.
- Daily basis following on all Pending tasks for offloading.
- Follow-up with Eng, Team for equipment Services & yearly PM maintenance for all equipment’s.
- Follow up for the Mock recall timeline tracking receiving until issuances to production to make the

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Minimum two years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in warehouse
business. Additional experience in a Food manufacturing based organization, allowing the candidate to apply
solutions across the whole supply chain is an advantage
- Learn and understand the business vision and openly and consistently follow it.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and deal to improve technical skills
- Holding a degree in Commerce, Finance or Technical studies.
- Qualification in supply chain / warehousing management
- A self-motivated and leader ship personality with the ability to identify, initiate and implement corrective
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.
- Good English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Work with motivation, enthusiasm and ability to work with supervision.
