المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة سكربتات الأتمتة الحالية للتأكد من تشغيلها كما هو مقصود في مشاريع الشريك.
  • المساعدة في تحديد الاختناقات في مهام إدخال البيانات أو التقارير اليومية التي يمكن حلها بالأتمتة.
  • المساعدة في تطوير سكربتات وسير عمل أساسية باستخدام منصات الأتمتة القياسية.
  • توثيق العمليات التقنية ليتمكن أعضاء الفريق الآخرون من فهمها وإدارتها.
  • إجراء اختبارات منتظمة على الأدوات الداخلية لمنع الأخطاء قبل تأثيرها على تقارير الاستثمار.

We are currently expanding our technical capabilities to support a Jeddah-based investment partner with their internal efficiency goals. The Junior Automation Specialist will help implement and maintain the systems that ensure our operations remain precise and reliable. This position sits within our internal automation team and focuses on the practical application of software tools to reduce repetitive tasks. You will work closely with our analysts and consultants to identify manual workflows that can be improved through simple, effective technical solutions. What you will do
  • Monitor existing automation scripts to ensure they are running as intended for our partner projects.
