شركة Bavarian Capital تعلن عن توفر وظيفة منسق تنفيذ (Implementation Coordinator) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل عن بُعد بشكل كامل. ستعمل ضمن فريق المشروع لدعم شراكة استثمارية في جدة، وستكون حلقة الوصل بين التخطيط والتنفيذ، مع تركيز على التنظيم والتواصل الواضح.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تتبع الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وتحديث تقارير الحالة الداخلية لتعكس التقدم الحالي بدقة.
  • تنسيق جداول الاجتماعات الداخلية والإحاطات المتعلقة بالشراكة في جدة.
  • تنظيم وصيانة الأرشيفات الرقمية لجميع وثائق المشروع والمراسلات.

About the role
 This position serves as a bridge between the planning phase and the execution of our investment strategies. You will work closely with our project managers to monitor progress, organize documentation, and maintain clear lines of communication across the team. What you will do
  • Track project timelines and update internal status reports to reflect current progress accurately.
