تفاصيل الوظيفة
يسعى فندق SLS The Red Sea (جزء من مجموعة Ennismore)، الواقع في تبوك املج بالمملكة العربية السعودية، إلى تعيين مدير الموارد البشرية والثقافة (سعودي الجنسية). يعد المنتجع وجهة حياة عصرية فاخرة على ساحل البحر الأحمر، ويضم 150 غرفة وخمسة مطاعم ومنتجعاً صحياً، ويبحث عن قائد ديناميكي يشكل ثقافة الفريق ويجذب المواهب المتميزة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الموارد البشرية والثقافة بما يتوافق مع قيم العلامة التجارية SLS وأهداف العمل.
- الشراكة مع فرق القيادة لتعزيز ثقافة المشاركة والإبداع والأداء العالي في جميع أرجاء الفندق.
- قيادة جهود التوظيف من البداية إلى النهاية، وجذب مواهب متنوعة ذات شخصية وإمكانات وشغف.
- إدارة تخطيط القوى العاملة وتتبع الملاك الوظيفي ودعم مبادرات تخطيط التعاقب الوظيفي.
- إدارة عمليات تقييم الأداء لضمان فعاليتها وعدالتها واتساقها مع أهداف العمل.
- تنسيق مبادرات التعلم والتطوير التي تلهم النمو والقيادة والتعبير عن الذات.
- الترويج لأنشطة مشاركة الموظفين وخلق لحظات هادفة عبر دورة حياة الموظف.
- دعم برامج التكريم التي تحتفي بالفردية والمساهمة والتميز بأسلوب SLS.
- ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل السعودية ومتطلبات السعودة وسياسات الشركة.
- الإشراف على جميع منصات حكومية للموارد البشرية (مثل: GOSI، Qiwa، Muqeem، Mudad) وضمان معالجة دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لسجلات الموظفين والتأشيرات والعقود والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- العمل كمستشار موثوق في علاقات الموظفين ودعم الحلول العادلة والمتسقة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وسرية للموظفين والاستفادة من البيانات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- التعاون مع جميع الأقسام لضمان تعزيز مبادرات الموارد البشرية والثقافة للأداء التشغيلي.
- دعم وتوجيه فريق الموارد البشرية والثقافة لتقديم تجربة موظف سلسة وراقية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 5+ سنوات في الموارد البشرية داخل فنادق فاخرة أو ضيافة عصرية.
- خبرة قوية في بيئات ما قبل الافتتاح ومرحلة التوسع التشغيلي (ميزة قوية).
- إلمام بقانون العمل السعودي (ميزة قوية).
- قائد يركز على الناس يتمتع بالذكاء العاطفي وحس الضيافة والتزام عميق بخلق تجارب جماعية هادفة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the People & Culture strategy in alignment with SLS brand values and business goals
- Partner with leadership teams to drive a culture of engagement, creativity, and high performance across the property
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, attracting diverse talent with personality, potential, and passion
- Manage workforce planning, headcount tracking, and support succession planning initiatives
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring they are impactful, fair, and aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives that inspire growth, leadership, and self-expression
- Champion employee engagement activities and create meaningful moments across the employee lifecycle
- Support recognition programs that celebrate individuality, contribution, and excellence in true SLS style
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization requirements, and company policies
- Manage and oversee all government HR platforms (including but not limited to GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad), ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee records, visas, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, supporting fair and consistent resolutions
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, leveraging data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure People & Culture initiatives enhance operational performance
- Support and guide the People & Culture team in delivering a seamless and elevated employee experience
- 5+ years in Human Resources within luxury hotels or lifestyle hospitality.
- Strong experience in pre-opening and ramp-up environments is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia labor law is a strong advantage.
- You’re a people-first leader with emotional intelligence, a flair for hospitality, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful team experiences.
- Fluent in English
