نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن مساعد لوجستي دقيق ومنظم للغاية للانضمام إلى فريق سلسلة التوريد. سيتولى هذا الدور دعم العمليات اللوجستية، وإدارة المخزون، وتنسيق الشحنات، وإجراءات التخليص الجمركي، وتتبع حركة المواد. المرشح المثالي يتمتع بالمبادرة والتحليل والقدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة الخطى مع ضمان الدقة والامتثال والتنفيذ في الوقت المناسب للأنشطة اللوجستية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ترتيب وإعداد جميع وثائق الشحن والجمارك اللازمة لتسهيل الإفراج عن الشحنات في الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع السلطات الجمركية ووكلاء الشحن ومقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية (3PL) لضمان معالجة الشحنات وتسليمها بسلاسة.
- تحديث أنظمة اللوجستيات والمخزون بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- دعم أنشطة مراقبة الإنتاج ومراقبة المخزون والمشتريات للحفاظ على الكفاءة والدقة التشغيلية.
- إعداد تقارير شهرية عن المواد والمعدات، بما في ذلك مخزون قطع الغيار والأدوات ومعدات الاختبار.
- استلام المواد وفحصها وعدها وتسجيلها لضمان دقة المخزون والامتثال لإجراءات الشركة.
- صرف وتوزيع المواد والمنتجات والأجزاء والإمدادات بناءً على طلبات الموافقة.
- تسجيل ومراقبة حركة المواد والإمدادات الواردة والصادرة لضمان التوزيع وإعادة التخزين المناسبين.
- التنسيق مع مقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية الخارجيين بشأن أنشطة استلام المواد.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لوثائق الشحن ورسوم النقل وشحنات الموردين وفواتير مزودي الخدمة.
- دعم فرق الفوترة والمالية من خلال توفير معلومات دقيقة عن تكاليف النقل واللوجستيات.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة اللوجستية لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها واللوائح المعمول بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يمكن النظر في المؤهلات المعادلة والخبرة ذات الصلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في اللوجستيات أو سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة المخزون أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يشجع الخريجون الجدد على التقديم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
- اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام وأولويات متعددة بفعالية.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق.

- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Excel، Word، Outlook).

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and prepare all necessary shipping and customs documentation to facilitate the timely release of shipments.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth shipment processing and delivery.
- Update logistics and inventory systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support production control, inventory control, and purchasing activities to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly material and equipment reports, including spare parts, tools, and test equipment inventories.
- Receive, inspect, count, and record stock items to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Issue and distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies based on approved requisitions.
- Record and monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies to ensure proper stock deployment and replenishment.
- Coordinate material receiving activities with third-party logistics providers.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, transportation charges, vendor dispatches, and service provider invoices.
- Support billing and finance teams by providing accurate transportation and logistics cost information.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Equivalent qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, purchasing, transportation, and customs processes.
