هذا دور قيادي هندسي تطبيقي يركز على بناء وتوسيع نطاق المنتجات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي ومنصات البرمجيات الحديثة. ستقود فريقاً من المهندسين الكبار مع البقاء منخرطاً بعمق في التصميم المعماري والقرارات التقنية وتحديات التنفيذ المعقدة. يجمع الدور بين قيادة الأفراد والشراكة مع المنتج والتنفيذ التقني في بيئة تعمل عن بُعد أولاً موزعة عالمياً. ستساعد في دفع اعتماد ممارسات التطوير المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي والعوامل الذكية لتحسين الإنتاجية والجودة والاختبار وسرعة التسليم. ستعمل عبر الأنظمة الأمامية والخلفية والبيانات والسحابة والذكاء الاصطناعي، وتصوغ حلولاً قابلة للتوسع مع الموازنة بين الأداء وقابلية الصيانة والتكلفة والسرعة. ستؤثر أيضاً على ثقافة الهندسة وممارسات التسليم والموثوقية والأمن ومبادرات التحديث. هذه الفرصة مناسبة لقائد هندسي متمرس يستمتع بتطوير الأشخاص مع البقاء قريباً من التكنولوجيا والابتكار.

- Lead and mentor a team of senior software engineers, fostering ownership, accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production systems.

- Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or AI-powered workflows into products or engineering processes.
- Strong experience with modern web development using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Proven ability to design scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with CI/CD automation, testing strategies, monitoring, observability, and production operations.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on execution and delivery accountability.
- Experience modernizing systems and improving engineering effectiveness through automation, tooling, and process improvements.
