Pricing Execution & Governance: Own the end-to-end setup and validation of all promotional and regular price updates across channels. Ensure all price changes follow the approved request and sign-off process with zero critical go-live errors.

Promotional Validation: Validate weekly, campaign, seasonal, mass, and loyalty pricing against approved promotional briefs before go-live. Ensure replenishment-related pricing uploads are completed ahead of each promotion week.

Process & System Improvement: Lead testing and rollout of system upgrades and process enhancements. Implement automated workflows for price change requests and build visibility of negative-margin items across the range.

Weekly Compliance Reporting: Deliver weekly reports covering all price changes, error logs, and governance compliance to the Head of Pricing.

Specialist Pricing Ownership: Manage zone-based pricing, near-expiry markdowns, weekend fresh offers, special projects, and other specialist pricing mechanics.

Team Leadership: Supervise, develop, and support the Price Controller and Junior Price Controller. Set quality standards, SLAs, and resolve escalated issues from stores and commercial teams.

• Strong understanding of retail pricing mechanics - regular, promotional, loyalty, and seasonal
• Experience managing pricing execution in a structured, multi-system environment
• Ability to lead and develop a small team with clear accountability
• High attention to detail and structured approach to compliance and error tracking
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, store operations, and commercial teams
• Analytical mindset - able to identify root causes of pricing discrepancies and drive systemic fixes
