تعلن شركة ADES (Advanced Energy Systems) عن توفر وظيفة 'فني ميكانيكا الوردية' (Tour Mechanic) في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيقوم شاغل الوظيفة بتنفيذ جميع أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة وإصلاح وخدمة المعدات والأنظمة الميكانيكية الأساسية لعمليات الحفر، مع مراعاة سلامة الأفراد والبيئة والمعدات لتعزيز كفاءة عمليات الحفر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التعاون مع كبار الميكانيكيين في تحديد وحل المشكلات الميكانيكية من خلال الاختبارات والتفتيش وإجراءات استكشاف الأخطاء، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي تلف أو أعطال في المعدات لمشرفي الحفارة.
  • صيانة معدات الحفارة وإصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية في الأنظمة والمعدات باستخدام أدوات التشخيص والأدلة الفنية، وتنفيذ حلول فعالة لاستعادة الوظائف وتقليل وقت التوقف.
  • إجراء التفتيش الدوري والصيانة للمعدات وفقًا لجدول الصيانة المخطط له أو حسب توجيهات كبير الميكانيكيين.
  • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح والخدمة للمعدات الميكانيكية على الحفارة بما في ذلك المحركات والمولدات والمضخات والضواغط والرافعات والأنظمة الهيدروليكية لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
  • المساعدة في صيانة وإصلاح محطات الطاقة ومراقبة توزيع الطاقة لضمان توفرها دائمًا.
  • تركيب المعدات الجديدة وفقًا للمعايير التنظيمية ومعايير الشركة بما في ذلك متطلبات إدارة التغيير (MOC).
  • استخدام نظام الصيانة لتتبع ومراقبة وإدارة صيانة وأداء المعدات على الحفارة.
  • الحفاظ على مخزون كافٍ من قطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية واللوازم لتلبية متطلبات الصيانة وتسهيل التشغيل الآمن والفعال.
  • أداء المهام المتعلقة بتجهيز الحفارة للقطر والتأكد من تأمين جميع المعدات الميكانيكية بشكل صحيح للحفاظ على سلامة الأنظمة وموثوقيتها قبل وأثناء وبعد نقل الحفارة.
  • ضمان نظافة وتنظيم ورش العمل ومساحات الآلات وخلوها من المخاطر قبل وبعد تنفيذ مهام العمل أو الإصلاحات.
  • التخلص من المخلفات وفقًا لسياسة فصل المواد الخطرة وسياسة إدارة النفايات مع مراعاة الجوانب البيئية والسلامة.
  • الحفاظ على علاقة عمل فعالة مع الأقسام الأخرى وطرف ثالث وممثلي العملاء.
  • تسجيل والإبلاغ عن جميع أنشطة الصيانة الميكانيكية وفحص المعدات والإصلاحات ومخزون قطع الغيار وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • الامتثال لنظام تصريح العمل ونظام العزل.
  • تطوير وتدريب فنيي التشغيل (Motorman) وتقديم تعليمات واضحة حول مهامهم ومسؤولياتهم واحتياطات السلامة اللازمة قبل بدء العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • تدريب رسمي كميكانيكي من خلال برنامج تدريب مهني متعدد السنوات (يفضل).
  • خبرة عملية في مجال النفط كميكانيكي مع شهادات تدريبية ومراجع ذات صلة (قد تُقبل بدلاً من التدريب المهني).
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين في المجال الميكانيكي في عمليات الحفر والصيانة.
  • يفضل خبرة عمل على منصات الحفر البحرية.
  • القدرة على تسلق السلالم والانحناء والوقوف (نادراً).
  • القدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق تحت جميع الظروف الجوية القاسية (ضوضاء/رطوبة/برودة/حرارة).
  • القدرة على العمل على ارتفاعات وفي الأماكن المغلقة.
  • القدرة على العمل في نوبات نهارية/ليلية حسب الحاجة، بمناوبات لا تقل عن 12 ساعة.
  • الشهادات وفقاً لمصفوفة تدريب ADES.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Microsoft Office.
  • الوعي الظرفي، التواصل، العمل الجماعي، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، حل المشكلات.

Job Summary

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Carry out all planned preventive maintenance activities, repairing and servicing all mechanical equipment and systems essential to drilling operations considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

  • Collaborates with Senior Mechanics in identifying and resolving mechanical issues by conducting tests, inspections, and troubleshooting procedures. Promptly reports any equipment damage or faults to rig supervisors.
  • Maintain rig equipment & repair mechanical problems, faults, and malfunctions in mechanical equipment and systems, utilizing diagnostic tools, equipment manuals, and technical documentation to fix complex mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions to restore functionality and minimize downtime.

Equipment Maintenance & Operations

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment as per the planned maintenance schedule, and/or as directed by Senior Mechanic.
  • Perform the maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical equipment on the rig, including engines, generators, pumps, compressors, cranes, and hydraulic systems, to ensure optimal performance of the rig.
  • Assist in Maintaining and repairing power plants and monitor power distribution - ensure power is always available.
  • Install new equipment as per regulatory and company standards including paying attention to MOC requirements.
  • Utilize the Maintenance System for tracking, monitoring, and managing the maintenance and performance of equipment within the rig.

Materials & Equipment

  • Maintain an adequate supply of spare parts, consumables, and supplies to fulfil maintenance requirements and facilitate a safe and efficient operation.

Rig Move

  • Performs related duties to prepare the rig for towing, ensure all mechanical equipment is correctly secured maintaining the integrity and reliability of the mechanical systems and equipment throughout prior, during and after the rig move.

Housekeeping

  • Ensures that workshops and machinery spaces are clean and organized, free of hazards prior to & upon completion of the work tasks, or repairs.
  • Disposes debris as per the company’s hazardous material segregations policy and as per waste management policy taking into consideration the environmental & safety aspects.

Client Management

  • Maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, third party personnel and Client Representatives.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Record and report all mechanical maintenance activities, equipment inspections, repairs, and spare parts inventory in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with the permit to work and isolation systems.

People Management

  • Develop and train Motorman and provide clear instructions regarding their duties, responsibilities, and any necessary safety precautions prior to commencing work.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Formal training as mechanic in the form of a multi-year apprenticeship / training program is preferred.
  • Time served in the oil field as mechanic with relevant training certificates and references may be accepted in place of apprenticeship.
  • Minimum five (2) years of working experience in the mechanical field in drilling and workover operations.
  • Preferred to have working experience on Offshore rigs.

Skills/Competencies Required

  • Fluent in the English language (Spoken & Written).
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, details oriented, Problem Solving.

Physical Requirements

  • Rarely climbing (stairs, ladders).
  • Rarely bending, twisting, and standing.
  • Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat).
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work in day/night shift as required with 12-hour minimum shift.

Certifications

  • As per ADES Training Matrix.
