TMC Middle East is looking for an Infrastructure Lead - Linux to join a leading digital banking and fintech company in Saudi Arabia. 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: KSA

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: Strictly Onsite

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Design and maintain automated CI/CD deployment pipelines across SIT, UAT, Regression, Production, and DR environments.

- Lead Linux automation initiatives using Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent IaC tools across RHEL-based infrastructure at scale.

- Own full lifecycle management of the application stack - WSO2 API Gateway, WSO2 IAM, Apache Camel, Redis, and ELK - with accountability for 99.9%+ uptime SLAs.

- Drive operational resilience through 24/7 critical issue support, DR exercises, and backup validation aligned to RTO/RPO targets.

- Enforce security and compliance standards including RBAC, data encryption, PCI-DSS, and GDPR, with vulnerability remediation within a 30-day patching cycle.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

- 8-12 years of hands-on Linux systems engineering and enterprise infrastructure operations experience.

- Expert proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef, with strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Perl.

- Deep RHEL administration expertise including kernel tuning, security hardening, and performance optimization.

- Proven experience with WSO2, Apache Camel, Redis, ELK, and Kubernetes in production environments.

- RHCE certification is mandatory; CKA is a strong advantage.
