Key Responsibilities

• Update customs clearance and customer delivery records in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and delivery records.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Support daily logistics activities and ensure data accuracy in company systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Chinese and English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn new systems, portals, and software.
• Knowledge of TMS, ERP, and Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
