Role Description The Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer is responsible for overseeing and enforcing quality standards across all interior fit-out and contracting activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia includes preparing and implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections on materials and workmanship, and verifying compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues, documenting non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The engineer will perform regular quality audits, maintain detailed records and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and quality management systems. Daily tasks also include supporting client and consultant inspections and ensuring that all deliverables meet agreed quality and performance criteria.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection for interior fit-out, materials, and on-site activities.
• Candidates should possess solid expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, including developing and implementing quality plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing, including internal audits, reporting findings, and driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Experience in construction or interior contracting, preferably within hospitality, commercial, or residential projects in the GCC region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline.
• Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
• Proficiency in using QA/QC documentation tools and basic project management software; professional certifications in quality management are an advantage.
