Weatherford تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي ميداني I (Field Specialist I) في حلول الإنتاج وخدمات التدخل (Production Solutions & Intervention Services) بالخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. هذه الوظيفة مخصصة للمبتدئين في المجال الميداني لتطوير الكفاءة الفنية والتشغيلية من خلال الخبرة الميدانية والتدريب تحت إشراف متخصصين ذوي خبرة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • دعم التنفيذ الآمن والفعال لعمليات حلول الإنتاج وخدمات التدخل في مواقع آبار العملاء.
  • تطوير الكفاءة الفنية والتشغيلية من خلال الخبرة الميدانية العملية والتدريب والإشراف المباشر من المتخصصين الميدانيين والمشرفين ذوي الخبرة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد وتركيب وتشغيل وصيانة واسترجاع الأدوات والمعدات المتعلقة بالتدخل والإنتاج.
  • يتطلب الدور قدرة تقنية عالية، والالتزام بالسلامة، والرغبة في التعلم، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية في البيئات الميدانية ومواقع الحفارات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم إعداد وتنفيذ مهام حلول الإنتاج وخدمات التدخل تحت إشراف الكوادر الميدانية ذات الخبرة.
  • المساعدة في فحص وإعداد وتجميع واختبار وصيانة أدوات التدخل والمعدات ذات الصلة.
  • المساعدة في تشغيل وتشغيل واسترجاع الأدوات أسفل البئر وفقًا للإجراءات وتعليمات العمل المعتمدة.
  • دعم تخطيط ما قبل المهمة، وتجهيز المعدات، والانتقال، وأنشطة ما بعد المهمة.
  • مساعدة كبار المتخصصين الميدانيين في عمليات موقع البئر واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للمعدات والقضايا التشغيلية.
  • اتباع جميع متطلبات HSE الخاصة بـ Weatherford والعميل والجهات التنظيمية، والمشاركة بنشاط في اجتماعات السلامة وتقييم مخاطر المهام.
  • المساعدة في اختبار وظائف المعدات والإبلاغ عن أي عيوب أو حالات شاذة في المعدات للمشرف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم من كلية/مؤسسة معتمدة في تخصص تقني؛ أو درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو أي مجال تقني آخر ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال النفط والغاز أو الهندسة أو الميكانيكا أو التقنية أو العمليات الميدانية.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في مجال النفط ولكنها ليست إلزامية.
  • يشجع المرشحون الذين أكملوا تدريبًا داخليًا أو تدريبًا صيفيًا أو تدريبًا صناعيًا أو وظائف أكاديمية في الحفارات أو شركات خدمات النفط أو مشغلي النفط والغاز على التقديم.
  • الخبرة السابقة في حلول الإنتاج أو تدخل الآبار أو الإكمال أو أعمال الإصلاح أو غيرها من خدمات النفط تعتبر ميزة.
  • يجب أن يكون المرشح مستعدًا وقادرًا بدنيًا على العمل في مواقع العملاء والحفارات ومواقع الآبار.

Job Overview

 JOB DESCRIPTION

The Field Specialist I - Production Solutions & Intervention Services is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient execution of Weatherford Production Solutions & Intervention Services operations at customer well sites. The role is designed for an entry-level field professional who will develop technical and operational competency through hands-on field experience, training, and close supervision from experienced Field Specialists and supervisors.

The Field Specialist I will assist with the preparation, installation, operation, maintenance, and retrieval of intervention and production-related tools and equipment. The role requires a strong technical aptitude, commitment to safety, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in field and rig-site environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and execution of Production Solutions & Intervention Services jobs under the supervision of experienced field personnel.
  • Assist with checking, preparing, assembling, testing, and maintaining intervention tools and related equipment.
  • Assist with running, operating, and retrieving downhole tools in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
  • Support pre-job planning, equipment preparation, mobilization, and post-job activities.
  • Assist senior Field Specialists with wellsite operations and troubleshooting of equipment and operational issues.
  • Follow all Weatherford, client, and regulatory HSE requirements and participate actively in safety meetings and job risk assessments.
  • Assist with equipment function testing and report any equipment defects or abnormalities to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, including job tickets, equipment records, job logs, utilization sheets, WPTS entries, and job reports.
  • Assist with post-job inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of equipment for the next operation.
  • Develop knowledge of Weatherford Production Solutions & Intervention Services products, tools, procedures, and applications.
  • Maintain effective communication with field personnel, supervisors, and client representatives.
  • Participate in technical and competency training programs to develop the skills required for progression to higher Field Specialist levels.
  • Maintain equipment, workshop, yard, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
  • Provide on-call and field support as required by operational requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the physical requirements of the role.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of downhole tools, mechanical systems, hydraulics, or oilfield equipment is an advantage.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma from an accredited college/institution in a technical discipline; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, engineering, mechanical, technical, or field operations.
  • Previous oilfield experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates who have completed internships, summer training, industrial training, or academic placements on rigs, oilfield service companies, or oil & gas operators are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous exposure to Production Solutions, Well Intervention, Completion, Workover, or other oilfield services is an advantage.
  • Must be willing and physically able to work at customer locations, rigs, and well sites.
