Role Summary

We are looking for a commercially minded, hands on Finance Supervisor to build and lead Solar Robotics Systems’ finance and accounting function as the business grows. This role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, working capital, and statutory compliance providing accurate, timely insight that supports sound decision making and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting ERP implementation and managing the full accounting cycle
• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
• Managing budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital
• Overseeing accounts payable, receivable, collections, and ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing
• Managing banking relationships, Letters of Credit, guarantees, bid bonds, and performance bonds
• Overseeing inventory accounting, cost allocation, stock reconciliations, and cost of goods sold
• Ensuring compliance with VAT, Zakat, Corporate Income Tax, withholding tax, and other KSA statutory requirements
• Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from a full-time accredited university in Finance, Accounting, or a related major
• At least 6 years of finance and accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Finance Supervisor within a manufacturing company
• Training in financial accounting and taxation; an intermediate accounting qualification or equivalent is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial management, financial reporting, and taxation
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Solid understanding of Saudi financial and tax regulations, including ZATCA e-invoicing, VAT, Zakat, and Corporate Income Tax
• Experience in treasury, trade finance, inventory accounting, cost control, and working-capital management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, office automation (OA), and ERP software
• Strong organization, coordination, communication, and financial-analysis skills
