المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تنفيذ عمليات ومعايير BIM عبر المشروع.
  • تطوير وتنسيق ومراجعة وصيانة نماذج BIM متعددة التخصصات.
  • ضمان امتثال مخرجات BIM لخطة تنفيذ BIM (BEP) ومتطلبات EIR ومعايير المشروع.
  • مراجعة نماذج BIM من حيث الدقة والاكتمال والاتساق والامتثال.
  • تنسيق النماذج من مختلف التخصصات وتحديد تعارضات التصميم والبناء المحتملة.
  • إجراء دمج النماذج متعددة التخصصات وكشف التصادمات.
  • مراجعة وإدارة تقارير كشف التصادمات والتنسيق لحلها مع التخصصات المعنية.

  • تنسيق تسليمات BIM وضمان إصدار المخرجات عبر بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE) المعتمدة.
  • دعم تبادل معلومات BIM بين أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات قضايا BIM وسجلات مراجعة النماذج وتقارير التصادمات وسجلات التنسيق.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني لـ BIM لفرق الهندسة والبناء.

  • تنسيق نماذج BIM للمدارج والممرات وساحات الانتظار والطرق والصرف والمرافق والبنية التحتية الأخرى.
  • دعم تنسيق BIM متعدد التخصصات بين الأنظمة المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) والمدنية والبنية التحتية وأنظمة الطيران المتخصصة.
  • تنسيق واجهات BIM بين مباني المحطات والبنية التحتية للمطار.
  • دعم تنسيق BIM في بيئات المطار المعقدة والمزدحمة.
  • تحديد التعارضات المكانية بين البنية التحتية الحالية والمرافق والبناء الجديد والأعمال المقترحة.
  • دعم تخطيط تسلسل البناء والوصول باستخدام نماذج BIM المنسقة.
  • تنسيق متطلبات BIM للبناء على مراحل وقيود تشغيل المطار.
  • دعم مخرجات BIM المرتبطة بالاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم وإدارة الأصول.
  • دمج نماذج التخصصات في نماذج المشروع المنسقة.
  • إجراء كشف التصادمات باستخدام منصات تنسيق BIM المعتمدة.
  • تصنيف التصادمات وتعيين الإجراءات للتخصصات المسؤولة.
  • تتبع حل التصادمات والتحقق من الإغلاق.
  • تنسيق تبادل النماذج بين الاستشاريين والمقاولين.
  • ضمان استخدام النماذج للإحداثيات الصحيحة للمشروع والإحداثيات المشتركة والشبكات والمستويات.
  • مراقبة صحة النماذج وتحديد المعلومات المكررة أو المفقودة أو غير الصحيحة.
  • ضمان تصنيف عناصر النموذج بشكل صحيح واحتوائها على المعلومات المطلوبة.
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق منتظمة لنماذج BIM.
  • التحقق من الامتثال لمعايير BIM ومتطلبات المشروع.
  • مراجعة هندسة النموذج والبيانات والتسمية والمعلمات والإحداثيات وهيكل الملف.
  • مراقبة الامتثال لخطة تنفيذ BIM (BEP) ومتطلبات تسليم المعلومات.
  • تحديد مشكلات جودة BIM المتكررة والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • دعم إعداد تقارير جودة BIM ومراقبة الأداء.
  • ضمان ملائمة مخرجات BIM لاستخدامات البناء وإدارة الأصول اللاحقة.
  • دعم فرق الموقع من خلال تنسيق البناء القائم على BIM.
  • توفير نماذج منسقة لتخطيط وتنفيذ البناء.
  • دعم تحديد مشكلات قابلية البناء من خلال مراجعات النماذج.
  • تنسيق الأعمال المؤقتة والدائمة في بيئات BIM عند الحاجة.
  • دعم دمج تسلسل البناء ومتطلبات التركيب في نماذج BIM عند الاقتضاء.
  • التنسيق مع فرق التخطيط لتكامل الجدول الزمني رباعي الأبعاد (4D) عند الاقتضاء.
  • دعم فرق الموقع بالمعلومات الفنية والتصور القائم على النماذج.
  • دعم تطوير مخرجات BIM المطلوبة للتشغيل والتسليم.
  • تنسيق نماذج BIM (كما تم البناء) مع فرق الهندسة والبناء والتشغيل وإدارة الأصول.
  • ضمان اكتمال ودقة معلومات الأصول ومواءمتها مع متطلبات معلومات المشروع.
  • التحقق من دمج معلمات وبيانات الأصول المطلوبة في النماذج النهائية.
  • دعم دمج معلومات BIM مع أنظمة CAFM/IWMS/إدارة الأصول عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان مراجعة نماذج BIM النهائية واعتمادها ونقلها عبر بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE) بشكل صحيح.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو البناء أو BIM أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • 8 سنوات خبرة كحد أدنى في تنسيق BIM أو إدارة BIM أو الهندسة الرقمية أو تسليم BIM متعدد التخصصات.
  • خبرة قوية في العمل على مشاريع إنشائية أو بنية تحتية أو مطارات أو مشاريع متعددة التخصصات كبيرة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تنسيق نماذج BIM متعددة التخصصات خلال مرحلتي التصميم والبناء.
  • إتقان قوي لبرامج Autodesk Revit وNavisworks وAutoCAD وCivil 3D أو منصات BIM المماثلة.
  • خبرة في تنسيق BIM وكشف التصادمات وتدقيق النماذج وإدارة المعلومات.
  • فهم قوي لخطط تنفيذ BIM (BEP) ومتطلبات EIR وبيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE) ومعايير النماذج ومتطلبات تسليم المعلومات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بمعايير ISO 19650 ومبادئ إدارة معلومات BIM (يفضل).

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Specialist to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the implementation of BIM processes and standards across the project.
  • Develop, coordinate, review, and maintain multidisciplinary BIM models.
  • Ensure BIM deliverables comply with the approved BIM Execution Plan (BEP), EIR, project standards, and information requirements.
  • Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
  • Coordinate models from different disciplines and identify potential design and construction conflicts.
  • Perform multidisciplinary model federation and clash detection.
  • Review and manage clash detection reports and coordinate resolution with relevant disciplines.
  • Coordinate with Design Consultants, Contractors, and Engineering teams to resolve BIM-related issues.
  • Support development and maintenance of BIM workflows, standards, templates, libraries, and project content.
  • Maintain model naming conventions, coordinates, levels, grids, classifications, parameters, and model structures.
  • Ensure correct model versioning and information exchange procedures are followed.
  • Support BIM model audits and quality assurance activities.
  • Monitor Level of Development / Level of Information requirements for project deliverables.
  • Review model information against approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
  • Coordinate BIM submissions and ensure deliverables are issued through the approved Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Support BIM information exchange between project stakeholders.
  • Maintain BIM issue registers, model review logs, clash reports, and coordination records.
  • Provide BIM technical support to engineering and construction teams.
  • Support model-based design reviews and coordination workshops.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and technical workshops.
  • Identify opportunities to improve BIM processes, efficiency, and data quality.
  • Support integration of BIM models with project schedules, cost information, GIS, and asset management systems where required.
  • Assist in developing 4D / 5D BIM applications where applicable.
  • Support digital construction and model-based progress monitoring.
  • Ensure BIM information is properly maintained throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Support preparation of final as-built BIM models and asset information deliverables.


Airport / Infrastructure & Airfield Responsibilities

  • Manage BIM coordination for airport terminals, buildings, airfield facilities, infrastructure, roads, utilities, and external works.
  • Coordinate BIM models for runways, taxiways, aprons, roads, drainage, utilities, and other infrastructure.
  • Support multidisciplinary BIM coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, civil, infrastructure, and specialist aviation systems.
  • Coordinate BIM interfaces between terminal buildings and airfield infrastructure.
  • Support BIM coordination within complex and congested airport environments.
  • Identify spatial conflicts between existing infrastructure, utilities, new construction, and proposed works.
  • Support construction sequencing and access planning using coordinated BIM models.
  • Coordinate BIM requirements for phased construction and operational airport constraints.
  • Support BIM deliverables associated with testing, commissioning, handover, and asset management.


BIM Model Coordination

  • Federate discipline models into coordinated project models.
  • Conduct clash detection using approved BIM coordination platforms.
  • Categorize clashes and assign actions to responsible disciplines.
  • Track clash resolution and verify closure.
  • Coordinate model exchanges between consultants and contractors.
  • Ensure models use the correct project coordinates, shared coordinates, grids, and levels.
  • Monitor model health and identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect information.
  • Ensure model elements are correctly classified and contain required information.


BIM Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular BIM model audits.
  • Verify compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
  • Review model geometry, data, naming, parameters, coordinates, and file structure.
  • Monitor compliance with BEP and information delivery requirements.
  • Identify recurring BIM quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support BIM quality reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure BIM deliverables are suitable for downstream construction and asset management use.


BIM & Construction Coordination

  • Support site teams through BIM-based construction coordination.
  • Provide coordinated models for construction planning and execution.
  • Support identification of constructability issues through model reviews.
  • Coordinate temporary and permanent works within BIM environments where required.
  • Support integration of construction sequencing and installation requirements into BIM models.
  • Coordinate with Planning teams for 4D schedule integration where applicable.
  • Support field teams with model-based technical information and visualization.


Digital Handover & Asset Information

  • Support development of BIM deliverables required for commissioning and handover.
  • Coordinate as-built BIM models with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Asset Management teams.
  • Ensure asset information is complete, accurate, and aligned with project information requirements.
  • Verify required asset parameters and data are incorporated into final models.
  • Support integration of BIM information with CAFM / IWMS / Asset Management systems where required.
  • Ensure final BIM models are properly reviewed, approved, and transferred through the CDE.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, BIM, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination, BIM management, digital engineering, or multidisciplinary BIM delivery.
  • Strong experience working on major construction, infrastructure, airport, or multidisciplinary projects.
  • Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models throughout design and construction phases.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent BIM platforms.
  • Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, model auditing, and information management.
  • Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans, EIR, CDE, model standards, and information delivery requirements.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management principles is preferred.
  • Experience with 4D / 5D BIM is an advantage.
  • Experience with airport / airfield BIM projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and construction interfaces.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
