نحن نبحث عن مسؤول عمليات دقيق ومنظم للمساهمة في مراجعة العقود وإعدادها، ومتابعة المستندات الناقصة، والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية. هذه الوظيفة مثالية لمن يتمتع بمهارات تشغيلية وتواصلية وتنظيمية قوية ويرغب في النمو في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية والعمليات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة ومعالجة طلبات التمويل وفقاً لسياسات الشركة ومستويات الخدمة.
  • إعداد العقود وإنشائها والتحقق من صحتها ضمن الأنظمة الداخلية.
  • متابعة العملاء والملاك والفرق الداخلية للحصول على المستندات والموافقات المفقودة.
  • مراقبة خط سير الطلبات وضمان المعالجة والإنجاز في الوقت المحدد.
  • إجراء فحوصات الجودة على الطلبات ووثائق العملاء قبل المعالجة النهائية.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المخاطر والمبيعات والشؤون القانونية والتحصيل وتجربة العملاء.
  • ضمان دقة بيانات العملاء ومعلومات العقود داخل الأنظمة.
  • دعم التقارير التشغيلية وصيانة أدوات التتبع باستخدام Excel ولوحات المعلومات.
  • رفع المشكلات والتأخيرات التشغيلية أو استثناءات السياسة عند الحاجة.
  • دعم مبادرات تحسين العمليات ومشاريع الكفاءة التشغيلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في: المالية، إدارة الأعمال، المحاسبة، الاقتصاد، نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في العمليات الائتمانية أو البنوك أو التكنولوجيا المالية أو أدوار تشغيلية ذات صلة (يفضل).
  • اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية قوية.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
  • معرفة جيدة بـ Microsoft Excel والأنظمة التشغيلية.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وإدارة مهام متعددة.
  • إحساس قوي بالملكية والمساءلة.

  • فهم عمليات إيجار (يفضل).
  • عقلية تحليلية وحل المشكلات.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support and manage the daily operations process. The role involves reviewing and preparing contracts, following up on missing documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operational workflow.

This role is ideal for someone with strong operational, communication, and organizational skills who wants to grow within fintech, operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Review and process financing applications in line with company policies and SLAs.
  • Prepare, create, and validate contracts within internal systems.
  • Follow up with customers, landlords, and internal teams for missing documents and approvals.
  • Monitor application pipelines and ensure timely processing and completion.
  • Conduct quality checks on applications and customer documentation before final processing.
  • Coordinate with Risk, Sales, Legal, Collections, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer data and contract information within systems.
  • Support operational reporting and maintain trackers using Excel and dashboards.
  • Escalate operational issues, delays, or policy exceptions when needed.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

You're a perfect match if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in credit operations, banking, fintech, or related operational roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
