About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects within the mining and cement sectors. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mining or cement industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy.
