المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق بين إدارة المبيعات / وكيل المبيعات العام ووكيل مناولة أرضية، بما في ذلك تحديد أولويات الحجز، وإعطاء تعليمات FBL واضحة والأولويات لوكلاء المناولة الأرضية، والتأكد من معالجة الشحنات الخاصة بشكل صحيح، وإرسال التنبيهات المسبقة.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات لتعزيز الخدمات المقدمة مع تقليل التكاليف التشغيلية في المنطقة.
- ضمان إعداد تقارير قوية ومتسقة على مستوى المحطة لتحديد جميع حالات عدم المطابقة لجميع الأطراف المعنية في سلسلة التوريد، بما في ذلك وكيل المناولة الأرضية، ووكيل المبيعات العام / المبيعات، والتناقضات في الحجوزات، ومنصة الطائرات، والمحور الرئيسي (لمشاكل الاستيراد)، والتأكد من تسجيل جميع المخالفات مركزياً في نظام CROAMIS.
- المحافظة على أداء طائرات الشحن في الوقت المحدد وضمان عدم حدوث أي تأخير بسبب عمليات المناولة الأرضية في المنطقة الموكلة، مع اتخاذ جميع الترتيبات قبل الوقت الكافي لتجنب أي تأخير في المحطة المعنية.
- تقليل التناقضات وحالات عدم المطابقة للحد من المطالبات والغرامات في المحطة المعنية، وزيادة رضا العملاء وتقليل مسؤولية الناقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى من درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها مع 4 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في إدارة الشحن الجوي.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنسيق دوران الطائرات ومناولة المستودعات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- المعرفة بشحن البضائع الخطرة (Dangerous Goods) والحيوانات الحية (Live Animal) والحصول على الشهادات المعتمدة فيها.
- المعرفة بوزن وتوازن الطائرات (Aircraft Weight and Balance).
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

About the Role:
We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Operations Team as a Cargo Freighter Operations Supervisor in our office in Dammam, KSA.
Some Of The Tasks Include
- Initiate Coordinate between Sales/GSA to GHA including booking priorities, clear FBL instructions and priorities are given to GHA’s, special cargoes are handled correctly, pre-alerts sent.
- Implement strategies to enhance services offered whist reducing operational costs incurred in the region.
- Ensure robust and consistent reporting at the station level to identify all non-conformances for all stakeholders in the supply chain including GHA, GSA/Sales, Booking discrepancies, Ramp, Hub (for import problems). Ensure all irregularities are centrally recorded in CROAMIS.
- Maintain the freighter on time performance and ensure no delays occur due to ground operations throughout the delegated region. Whereby all arrangements to be made well ahead of time in order to avoid any delays at the respective station in the region.
- Ensure discrepancies and non – conformances are minimized in order to reduce claims and penalties at the respective station to increase customer satisfaction and reduce carrier liability.

Qualification
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of job-related experience in air cargo management
- Proven experience in Aircraft turnaround coordination and warehouse handling
- knowledge in Dangerous Goods and Live Animal certifications
- Knowledge in aircraft weight and balance.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
