تعلن ITP Media Group، إحدى أبرز شركات الإعلام في الشرق الأوسط، عن توفر وظيفة مصور فيديو (Videographer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنتاج فيديوهات تشمل ريلز، مقابلات، أحداث، فلوقات، محتوى خلف الكواليس، وحلقات مسلسلة.
- متابعة جميع اتجاهات الصناعة ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لإنتاج فيديوهات عالية الجودة تهم الجمهور.
- مونتاج فيديوهات عالية الجودة وجذابة لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) بالإضافة إلى فيديوهات أطول للاستخدام الداخلي والفعاليات.
- مراقبة وتتبع عملية التصوير والجداول الزمنية.
- تشغيل وإدارة المعدات قبل وبعد كل تصوير، والحفاظ على جميع المعدات في حالة جيدة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع محرر الفيديو الجماعي لضمان التقاط المحتوى وتسليمه في الوقت المحدد وتنظيمه ووسمه بوضوح.
- الإبداع والديناميكية أثناء مونتاج اللقطات في مرحلة ما بعد الإنتاج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- شغف بتصوير الفيديو وإنتاج المحتوى الرقمي.
- روح الفريق ومهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية للتعاون مع الزملاء والأفراد/المجموعات الخارجية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة ومتغيرة باستمرار.
- تفكير إبداعي مع اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تعدد المهام للعمل على مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل نظراً لمرونة ساعات العمل (تصوير صباحي وليلي).
- لياقة بدنية نسبية وقدرة على التحمل للعمل لساعات طويلة عند الحاجة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم خبير للتصوير السينمائي والإضاءة؛ خبرة في تصوير الفيديو الغذائي مفضلة.
- الإلمام بمعدات الإنتاج مثل الكاميرات الاحترافية (Canon Mark 4, EOSR, Sony FX3, CR5 أو ما يشابهها) ومعدات الصوت (ميكروفونات بندقية، ميكروفونات لاقطة).
- فهم برامج Adobe المستخدمة في التخطيط والمونتاج والكتابة.
- إتقان استخدام Adobe Premiere Pro؛ Adobe After Effects ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Excel.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft PowerPoint.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Outlook.

Pre-Production / Post-Production Requirements:
- Video production of reels, interviews, events, vlogs, behind the scenes, and series
- Monitor all industry and social media trends in order to produce highest quality of video that our audience will find interesting and useful
- Ability to edit high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) along with longer form videos for internal use and events
- Expert understanding of cinematography and lighting. Experience in food videography is preferable
- Monitor and track the filming process and schedules
- Familiarity with production equipment such as professional cameras (Canon Mark 4 and EOSR, Sony FX3, CR5 or similar) and audio equipment (Shotgun mics, lapel mics) for preproduction/planning, in-studio and field production, lighting/grip experience
- Understanding of Adobe softwares used for planning, editing and scripting
- Ability to be creative and dynamic when editing footage in post-production
- Operate and manage equipment before and after every shoot; keep all equipment in good working order
- Valid driving license
- Passionate about videography and creating digital content
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and external individuals/groups
- Work closely with Group Video Editor to ensure footage is captured, delivered on-time and clearly organized and labelled
- Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
- Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail
- Multitasking skills for working across multiple projects at once
- Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed because of the hours being flexible - morning and night shoots
- Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours, if needed
- English proficiency; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro; Adobe After Effects is a plus
