شركة Bureau Veritas تعلن عن حاجتها إلى فني أجهزة أول (Senior Instrument Technician) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح وصيانة وتحسين أجهزة التحليل، مع المسؤولية الأساسية عن أنظمة ICP-MS و ICP-OES. خبرة بأجهزة AAS و XRF ومحللات الكربون والكبريت تُعد ميزة إضافية.
  • دعم أنشطة التحليل المختبري من خلال ضمان تهيئة الأجهزة ومعايرتها وتشغيلها وفق مواصفات الأداء.
  • إجراء فحوصات الأداء الدورية والتحقق من المعايرة والصيانة الوقائية والإجراءات التصحيحية لضمان التشغيل الموثوق وتقليل وقت التعطل.
  • التنسيق مع مهندسي الخدمة وفِرق الدعم الفني لأعمال الصيانة والإصلاح وتوفير قطع الغيار والتدخلات الخدمية.
  • مراقبة والحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المناسبة من المستهلكات والمعايير والكواشف وقطع الغيار الحيوية اللازمة لتشغيل الأجهزة.
  • ضمان بقاء معدات الاختبار في حالة جيدة، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي عطل أو أداء غير طبيعي أو تلف في المعدات.
  • حفظ سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة وحالة المعايرة وتقارير الخدمة وأداء الأجهزة والوثائق ذات الصلة باستخدام الأنظمة المعتمدة ونظام LIMS.
  • دعم امتثال المختبر لمتطلبات ISO/IEC 17025 والمشاركة في ضبط الجودة والتحقق من المعدات واختبار الكفاءة وبرامج المقارنة بين المختبرات.
  • مساعدة مشرف المختبر في تنسيق الأنشطة التقنية اليومية المتعلقة بأجهزة المختبر وموثوقية المعدات.
  • أداء مهام الإشراف المفوَّضة عند غياب مشرف المختبر عند الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على معايير عالية من النظافة والسلامة والممارسات المخبرية الجيدة، بما في ذلك التعامل السليم والتخلص من المواد الكيميائية والنفايات المخبرية.
  • الامتثال لسياسات Bureau Veritas المتعلقة بالجودة والصحة والسلامة والأخلاقيات والسرية والنزاهة.
  • تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يُكلف بها من المدير المباشر أو مدير المختبر.
  • الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات ومتطلبات BV للصحة والسلامة والبيئة والحفاظ على مكان عمل آمن ونظيف وخالٍ من المخاطر، والإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر أو حوادث أو ظروف غير آمنة.
  • تحمل مسؤولية الصحة والسلامة الشخصية والجماعية والمشاركة في مبادرات الصحة والسلامة والتحقيقات وإجراءات التحكم في المخاطر والتعاون مع جميع متطلبات السلامة وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة الإيجابية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • التخصص: كيمياء/علوم.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في التخصص المطلوب.
  • معرفة متعمقة بأجهزة ICP-MS و ICP-OES و AAS.
  • خبرة في تشغيل الأجهزة وصيانتها ومعايرتها واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
  • الإلمام بمعيار ISO/IEC 17025 وأنظمة الجودة المخبرية.
  • القدرة على تحليل بيانات الاختبار وإعداد التقارير الفنية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تشغيل أجهزة ICP وغيرها من الأجهزة في مختبرات الاختبار.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
  • قدرة جيدة على حل المشكلات والكتابة الفنية.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في العمل.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الأولويات.

Position: Senior Instrument Technician

Minimum Required Qualifications

Specialty: Chemistry/Science

Education Degree: Bachelor

Technical Knowledge and Expertise::

  • Sound knowledge of ICP-MS, ICP-OES, and AAS instrumentation.
  • Experience in instrument operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory quality systems.
  • Ability to analyze test data and prepare technical reports

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating ICP and other instruments in testing laboratories.

Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities

  • Operate, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and optimize analytical instruments, with primary responsibility for ICP-MS and ICP-OES systems. Experience with AAS, XRF, and Carbon & Sulphur analyzers is advantageous.
  • Support analytical testing activities by ensuring instruments are properly configured, calibrated, and operating within performance specifications.
  • Perform routine instrument performance checks, calibration verification, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with service engineers and technical support teams for maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts requirements, and service interventions.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of consumables, standards, reagents, and critical spare parts required for instrument operation.
  • Ensure testing equipment remains in good working condition and promptly report any malfunction, abnormal performance, or equipment damage.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, calibration status, service reports, insrument performance, and related documentation using approved systems and LIMS.
  • Support laboratory compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and participate in quality control, equipment verification, proficiency testing, and inter-laboratory comparison programs.
  • Assist the Laboratory Supervisor in coordinating daily technical activities related to laboratory instrumentation and equipment reliability.
  • Perform delegated supervisory responsibilities during the absence of the Laboratory Supervisor when required.
  • Maintain high standards of laboratory housekeeping, safety, and good laboratory practices, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals and laboratory waste.
  • Comply with Bureau Veritas policies relating to Quality, Health & Safety, Ethics, Confidentiality, and Impartiality.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Line Manager or Laboratory Manager.
