تعلن شركة Bureau Veritas السعودية عن توفر وظيفة مفتش أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق (Firestop Inspector) في منطقة الرياض، لدعم مشاريع المباني والبنية التحتية في جميع أنحاء المملكة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يبحث المكتب الرئيسي لشركة Bureau Veritas في السعودية عن مفتش حماية من الحرائق مؤهل لتفتيش أنظمة الحماية السلبية (Firestop) وضمان الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة وأنظمة UL وأنظمة الكودات والمواصفات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات وأنظمة UL المعتمدة والكودات ذات الصلة.
  • التحقق من الاختيار الصحيح وتركيب المواد المعتمدة للحماية من الحرائق حسب متطلبات المشروع.
  • تفتيش تركيبات الحماية من الحرائق لضمان الامتثال للأنظمة المعتمدة ومتطلبات الشركة المصنعة والمواصفات.
  • توجيه المقاولين والعاملين في الموقع حول التنفيذ الصحيح لأعمال الحماية.
  • إجراء التفتيش الروتيني وتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة والعيوب والانحرافات.
  • إعداد وتقديم طلبات فحص العمل (WIRs).
  • المشاركة في تفتيش الاستشاريين والعملاء ودعم إغلاق ملاحظات التفتيش.
  • ضمان تركيب أنظمة الدعم والتشكيلات ذات الصلة وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات.
  • إعداد تقارير التفتيش والحفاظ على الوثائق الدقيقة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والاستشاريين والمقاولين والعملاء لضمان الامتثال ومتطلبات الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة مفتش حماية من الحرائق (UL Firestop Inspector Certification).
  • دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تفتيش وتركيب ومراقبة الجودة أو الحماية السلبية في مشاريع البناء.
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة الحماية من الحرائق والتجميعات المقاومة للحريق.
  • معرفة إجراءات مراقبة الجودة وأنظمة إدارة جودة البناء.
  • الإلمام بفتحات MEP بما في ذلك أنظمة التكييف والكهرباء والسباكة والتيار المنخفض.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة السلامة وتقييم المخاطر وإدارة السلامة.
  • مهارات قوية في التفتيش وإعداد التقارير والتواصل والتنسيق.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في تفتيش الجدران المقاومة للحريق، والأرضيات المقاومة للحريق، وجدران الأعمدة، وفواصل التمدد، وحواجز واجهات الستائر المحيطية.
  • معرفة مواد وأنظمة الحماية من الحرائق، وتجميعات UL المعتمدة، ومتطلبات الحماية السلبية، ومعايير جودة البناء وإجراءات التفتيش.

Position Overview

Bureau Veritas Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified Firestop Inspector to support Building & Infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting firestop installations, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, UL-listed firestop systems, applicable codes and standards, and project specifications.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of passive fire protection systems, inspection practices, QA/QC procedures, and construction quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret approved drawings, specifications, UL-listed firestop systems, and relevant codes and standards.
  • Verify proper selection and installation of approved firestop materials in accordance with project requirements.
  • Inspect firestop installations to ensure compliance with approved systems, manufacturer requirements, and project specifications.
  • Guide contractors and site personnel on the proper execution of firestop works.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify non-conformities, defects, and deviations.
  • Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
  • Participate in consultant and client inspections and support the closure of inspection comments.
  • Ensure support systems and related fabrications are installed according to approved drawings and standards.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • UL Firestop Inspector Certification.
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in firestop inspection, installation, QA/QC, or passive fire protection works on construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of firestop systems and fire-rated assemblies.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with MEP penetrations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and low-current systems.
  • Good knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and safety management systems.
  • Strong inspection, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
