شركة Bavarian Capital تدعم حالياً إحدى شركات البنية التحتية السعودية في توسعها التقني. نبحث عن أخصائي دعم RPA (أتمتة العمليات الروبوتية) للانضمام إلى فريقنا، للمساعدة في صيانة سير العمل الآلي في المشاريع الكبرى. هذه الوظيفة عن بُعد بالكامل، ومقرها الرياض، وتوفر فرصة لبناء أساس مهني في بيئة هادئة ومركزة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة قوائم الانتظار الآلية يومياً لضمان إتمام جميع العمليات كما هو متوقع.
- تحديد وتسجيل الأخطاء أو الاستثناءات في بيئة RPA لمزيد من المراجعة من قبل فريق الهندسة.
- إجراء استكشاف أساسي للأعطال باستخدام الوثائق الداخلية وأدلة استكشاف الأخطاء.
- تحديث السجلات التقنية ووثائق العمليات لتعكس التغييرات أو الإصلاحات أو تحديثات النظام.
- المساعدة في اختبار نصوص الأتمتة الجديدة في بيئة خاضعة للرقابة قبل نقلها إلى الإنتاج.
- التنسيق مع الفريق الفني الأوسع لحل مشكلات الاتصال أو أذونات النظام الأساسية.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء النظام للمساعدة في تتبع كفاءة المهام الآلية.
- التواصل بوضوح مع أعضاء الفريق الداخليين بشأن الحالة الحالية لمختلف الأتمتة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات المراجعة الدورية لمناقشة التحسينات المحتملة لسير العمل واستقرار النظام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- فهم أساسي لسير العمل المنطقي ومفاهيم البرمجة الأساسية.
- الإلمام بأدوات RPA الشائعة مثل Power Automate أو UIPath أو Blue Prism من خلال الدورات الدراسية أو المشاريع الشخصية.
- خلفية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة عالية من الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتفضيل لإنشاء وثائق دقيقة وقابلة للقراءة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع التركيز على إيجاد السبب المنطقي للانقطاعات التقنية.

- Assist in the testing of new automation scripts in a controlled environment before they move to production.
